Wonderful location and access to waterfront. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The property was very clean and very well supplied and maintained. Perfect location to just relax on the lanai and enjoy the ocean.Our only issue was that the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and not in the kitchen and living areas. Usually there was a nice ocean breeze, but evenings can be hot in th ecommon areas.Overall, a wonderful place.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house. The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking, and the sunsets were spectacular. Amazing to just step out into the back yard to enjoy amazing snorkeling and having access to paddle boards and kayaks was a wonderful bonus. A dive shop was just down the road where we rented some tanks and were able to shore dive right from the house. The home was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and make unforgettable memories and the house hold amenities were 1st rate. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Hawaiian getaway.

My family and I enjoyed spending 8 nights at this beautiful home. Since we love to cook, the kitchen did not disappoint. The views from the lanai were spectacular especially at sunset. The bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable..having ac in the bedrooms was so nice since it did get a little warm during our stay. We are looking forward to planning our next visit..thank you Jovan and Amy for your hospitality!

Absolutely lovely home! Immaculate, orderly with an extraordinary location.Communicating with Jovan and Amy was such a delight. They were very kind and accommodating. We received an immediate response to all our questions. From charter fishing, shore fishing and family photography recommendations, they were so helpful.The property itself is wonderful. Huge lanai where we spent most of our time. Beautifully equipped interior and exterior kitchens. Comfortable accommodations. The fish ponds and tidal pools right off the property were magnificent. Grandchildren spent a lot of time right on the sandy beach and wading in the tidal ponds watching the sea turtles and fishing from the rocks. Lots of snorkeling as well.I cannot say enough good things about our stay! Thank you and we look forward to a return visit.

Paradise

No way to improve the property, the view or the hospitality. Easily the most beautiful location and accessibility on the water. Completely stocked home with everything you could possible dream of having. Wishing I could stay here forever.

Hawaiian Getaway

We had 8 guests who stayed at Jovan’s house for four nights. It is a beautiful home! As far as vacation properties go, this is the best we’ve experienced, there isn’t one detail that has been overlooked. We cooked in every night and the kitchen has everything a chef would desire! The yard is beautiful and just a few steps to the beach; we saw turtles our first evening. We will definitely be coming back to this oasis!

Favorite family vacation ever.

This house is magic. Sweeping views of the ocean and beautiful landscaping. Turtles, fish, crabs, birds and dragonflies visit regularly. The kitchen is a cook’s dream and we spent hours everyday on the lovely lanai watching the island go by. It was our favorite family vacation by far and we feel so blessed to have experienced it. Mahalo to Jovan, Bob and Nikki.

A Magical Place

Our stay at this beautiful home was spectacular! The owner and the property manager were an absolute delight. The house is gorgeous, the property is amazing with its ponds and breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. We felt more like family than renters all to the credit of the wonderful owners and manager. Aloha! Till next time.

Perfect

This was the perfect place for our family get-away. It is so quiet and peaceful. Just the sound of the ocean and birds, interrupted only by someone saying, “Let’s go to the beach!” The house is amazing, wonderfully stocked and beautifully adorned. The property manager, Nikki, was super helpful and kind. I can’t think of any way this could have been better.

An amazing getaway

We love to travel and this has been one of our best trips yet. It was absolutely beautiful. The house, which was top of the line, the property, you name it! Jovan and his team made sure we had everything we needed. Do you know how wonderful that is after over 15 hours of travel? We can’t say enough about this amazing getaway. Thanks so much!

Fantastic

This place is remarkable. Jovan and team are exceptional hosts that went out of their way to welcome us for our stay over Christmas. Our group of 6 adults and 2 kids had the time of our lives in this beautiful oceanfront home in Puako. The pictures don't do it justice. Do yourself a favor and book it. Thanks, Jovan!

Excellent!

Perfect location, beautiful oceanfront property, amply stocked with high-quality furnishings, kitchenware, and toiletries. Could not have been happier. Ciera, our host, was a delight, very responsive and easy to work with. Views were perfect, turtles visited nearly everyday, and whales cruised by every morning. Cannot recommend highly enough. Mahalo Ciera and Jovan for your hospitality and aloha!

By far, this is the best experience I have had anywhere on this site. The place is spectacular - perfectly maintained and meticulously thought out and designed with an eye on comfort and relaxation.The location cannot be beat - world class all around. spectacular beach-front estate, perfect for family diving

First rate property right on the beach, with great snorkeling and diving right from the beach (see Jack's Diving Locker site Puako Church Point). The chef's kitchen is well-stocked with spices, condiments, staples, etc., so you can cook without having to start from scratch. The property managers, Tiva & David, delivered outstanding white-glove service -- airport pickup w/ car rented to us, with poke & rice & cold beers waiting for us. Next time we'll stay a bit longer and take them up on some hiking.

Back in Paradise

We've been to Puako several times but this was our first time at this property. And to say it's great would be a vast understatement. Not only is the house spectacular and ideally situated, but the owner has appointed and stocked it with every possible accessory one might need during their visit, and then some. It doesn't feel the least bit like a rental but instead, being a welcome visitor to someone's very well-appointed home. And Puako remains our top destination in all of Hawaii!

Fabulous week in paradise!

My adult children and their spouses gathered with me to spend a week at Jovan's absolutely gorgeous home on the big island of Hawaii. It is the most beautiful VRBO in which I have ever stayed. The place was spotless, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was magnificent. The views of the ocean and the sunsets were unbelievable. After playing outside all day, we came in to cook our wonderful dinners in a fabulous well stocked kitchen. After dinner, we returned to the beach to watch the skies and look for shooting stars. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Jovan is absolutely AMAZING! This house & beachfront are INCREDIBLE! Jovan called the day before our arrival to ask what kind of food/snacks/drinks we liked, stocked the fridge and had prepared Mai Tais upon arrival ! She took time to walk us through what is probably THE most amazing house/beachfront on the Big Island. When our 6th guest arrived a few days into our stay, which required us to return our rented Bronco (5) for a larger transit van, Jovan and her husband Bob offered their personal 4Runner (7) for the remainder of our stay! I can go on and on, but I must include just how kind and personable Jovan is, I feel like my wife and I gained an incredibly wonderful friend. This house, property and hosts made this a trip of a lifetime. Thank you Jovan & Bob!

Amazing house, amazing location!

This was even better in person! Super clean, equipped with every convenience we could ask for and more. Snorkeled out back every day, watched the sunset over the ocean every night. Played games and puzzles with friends and family on the lanai. A/C and wonderful beds and bedding made for great sleep as well. Already wondering when we can plan to return. Tiva and her husband were great as well, reaching out to us beforehand to see if we needed groceries pre stocked or help planning any adventures and she happily answered the occasional questions we had during our trip. Don’t hesitate to stay here - it was fantastic!

Incredible house. Amazing location.

The house is ridiculous, the pictures do not do it justice. Down the the smallest details -- the glassware, silverware, toiletries, towels, even the spice rack -- high end with attention to the smallest detail. The setup of the house is perfect for 2 families (it feels like two homes connected by a walkway). You can go swimming and snorkeling right in front of the house (there's a sandy path where you can walk out right until you get to the reef). Jovan and the caretaker onsite are responsive and attentive. Fantastic experience.

Amazing escape from reality

The house and location were a thing of fantasy. What elevated it to the next level were Tiva and her husband David. They helped to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect. They even helped set up a family picture shoot at sunset right here at the house with the most amazing background you can imagine. One of our children could not come and as such, we are already planning to come back again. I can’t imagine a more perfect house, location, or experience.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE

My family of 5 had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful, immaculate, one-of-a-kind home for 8 nights, but we wish we could have stayed for 100 more! The host has obviously tended to every detail from the quality of the linens to the art on the walls. This is truly the most beautiful, well-kept, well-appointed home we have ever rented. Highlights include: +Amazing beach access +Stunning landscaping +High-quality EVERYTHING +Sweeping views of the water and north end of the island +Crystal clear communication +Attentive concierge service +Insider tips about where to swim, eat, shop, etc +Comfortable beds +Plenty of room to spread out, yet intimate enough to spend time together as a family. Five HUGE stars all around!

Absolute perfection in a GORGEOUS home on the beach!

Our stay in Jovan’s home on the Big Island could not have been any better! Thank you, Jovan, for sharing your home with us. The house is fully stocked with every possible necessity you can think of. From paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, to extra sunscreen in case you forgot. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with every possible item needed for cooking. And it is all incredibly high quality. The beds are extremely comfortable and the air conditioning in the evening while falling asleep is a bonus. The spacious lanai is a fantastic way to end every evening. We saw multiple sunsets from the house that were just spectacular. We rented kayaks from Adam (highly recommend!) and our teens enjoyed paddling the bay. The property manager, Nikki, was one of the most responsive we have had across all of our VRBO stays. It’s not really possible to find the words to describe the house because they won’t do it justice. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, gorgeous…all of these fit (x10)! Just book it, you won’t be disappointed!!
