• Kitchen: Stainless steel high-end brand new appliances, large kitchen bar that fits 4 people + large dining room that seat 8 people . electric stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for a large family that is ready to spend family time.

• Kitchen 2: Full kitchen in basement with with stove, fridge microwave and coffee maker. (dinning set, utensils and glass are in main kitchen)

• Living room 2: located in walkout basement. Has a large sectional couch with a double pull out bed.

Bedrooms and bathrooms:

• Bedroom 1 : loft bedroom with King sized bed with beautiful forest views (open concept loft bedroom, please see photos).

• Bedroom 2: King rise bed, with forest view.

• Bedroom 3: bunk bed with two double beds, with forest view.

• 3 full bathroom: all with showers. One bathroom in each floor

• Laundry room : new large smart washer and drier.

• Outdoors: lots of outdoor space with seating areas , large size grill surrounded by nature and VIEWS!

This is one of the best location in Colorado. Easy access to I-70 get access to some of the best mountain biking in the front range area, White water rafting, off roading and hiking within a couple of miles and only 20 minutes to Echo Mountain ski resort.

Guest will have access to the entire house, except the shed behind the house and garage. We will send door code the morning of your arrival by 9am MST.

The garage stores all of our home equipment so we don't have room to park cars inside the garage. However our driveway parks 4 cars very comfortably. If indoor garage is important to you, this might not be a good option. Our driveway is long and it will require backup skills to back out of it.

During winter months October-April an all wheel drive or 4x4 vehicle with snow tires is required when it snows. you can look at Turo for car rental options. EXPECT snow during this winter months.

-We plow the driveway every 5-8 inches of snow, if you get snow please be patient as the plowing company has other properties to work on and can only start the route when is safe to do so.
