Spacious 4 bedroom family mountain home.

Located on a cul-de-sac in a wooded neighborhood, 3 level home with over 4,000 sq. ft. of living space. 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths that sleeps 10 with 3 kings, 1 queen and 2 twins. A double garage, multiple walk-out decks, 2 wood burning fireplaces, 5 TVs, Wi-Fi and official size pool table complete the home.

Middle Entry Ground Level includes living room, TV, fireplace, ½ bath and great room area with kitchen & breakfast bar, 2 dining areas, family room and TV. Access to outside deck and shutters covering the abundance of windows looking out on the evergreens.

Upper Level includes large master suite with King bed, TV and adjoining master bath with shower and extra large tub. A second bedroom with king bed, TV and full bath are also on this level.

The Lower Walk-Out Level includes a huge bonus room (with bar, pool table, air hockey, dart board, wood burning fireplace & TV), two large bedrooms and bath plus a complete laundry room. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 1 king and 2 twin beds. Walk out to second deck and backyard.

Great property, great location!

Our family loves to rent this place when we're in Evergreen visiting our parents. The house has a perfect set up for teens with a gameroom and great amenities, and Hiwan is an ideal location, close to everything. I definitely recommend!

Colorado Visit

We visit our son in Evergreen. There is 18 total in our family. So my daughters and their family stayed at this rental house. This was the second time we rented this house! It is great and everyone enjoyed their time in Evergreen visiting our son and brother to his two sisters! The house was very accommodating! Thank you!

Wedding trip

We stayed here for my daughters wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect! They had the perfect area for her and her bridesmaids to have hair and makeup done and it was close to the venue. It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend/

Positive experience

We had a great stay at this place in Evergreen. It was conventionally located, and seeing the elk roam around in the backyard was great! The house has plenty of space, and the pool table kept the kids busy for hours. We would stay again if we came back!

Beautiful Home in the mountains

Great location in a terrific neighborhood and the home was wonderful, very neat n clean with beautiful views of the mountains. Our family had a fabulous time and the two kids loved the downstairs rec room. This was a perfect home for 8. We are definitely coming back.

Family trip to Colorado

This place was great for our family. We had our kids and their spouses meet us in Evergreen for a family wedding and the location and size was perfect. The house was exactly like advertised - roomy enough for us all to have our own spaces and the wildlife in the neighborhood was amazing - lots of elk, some mule deer, and even a bobcat and her kitten! The location is great - not too far from downtown Evergreen and easy access to the highways to the mountain areas. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Cousins stay

The location is great, the neighborhood was great. The house was very roomy. Plenty of room for (8) guests. It was very clean when we arrived & we left it as we found it except the bedding. A little pricy unless you can get other couples to stay with you. A shout out to the host. It was what we needed & thanks again .

Perfect location

The property was perfect for our size family with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, the living space was welcoming for all of us. The wonderful experience was for the children to wake up in the downstairs bedroom, look out the window and see 3 elk under the deck - what a treat. The only downside to the property was that the carpets were very dirty!

Nice for a large group

Very nice, clean, and roomy. The house worked well for our family with the kids’ bunk room and all of the parents having their own rooms with each their own baths. The kids loved the game room and the large kitchen with new appliances and open spacious common areas were enjoyable. However with our large group had a problem with having enough hot water and several had to take cold showers. Such a property appealing to large groups should probably look into a larger water heater. Other than this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Mountain comfort!

This house is ideal for a family or group of friends getaway. Easy access to highway 70 (7 min) and to lake evergreen (5 min). Additionally, the owners were accessible via email and cell to last minute inquiries (drip coffeemaker, linens provided). House set up is spacious, two br and two bath upstairs, half bath on main floor with large living area and kitchen, lower level is two bedroom one bath. Large deck great for cocktails and deer watching! Grocery store nearby and other shops. Having a car is recommended. House is in quiet neighborhood in cul de sac. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home!

We stayed here for a family wedding and everything was perfect. The home was clean, spacious, and convenient for the entire family. With 7 adults and three toddlers, everyone had enough personal space for sleeping and the 4 bathrooms were great! Large deck with a Webber grill made for easy meals. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed, and common areas were exceptionally large. Parking was a bit tricky for us but only because we had 5 vehicles and wedding preps had some people coming and going at different times. (Mother of the bride, maid of honor, and a bridesmaid) Limited on street parking, 2 car garage and a short driveway had us shuffling cars a few times. We had some mule deer bed down in the yard a couple of days also!

Weekend at Red Rocks

The good : overall, the property was clean and there was a lot of room; the convenience to Red Rocks was very good; the beds were comfortable; the host was easy to work with The bad: The house was VERY dated ..like 1970s…the Tv in the largest bedroom was inoperable and there were no other bedrooms with TVs…TVS are very cheap to purchase and to me, there should be working tvs at least in the larger bedrooms; the house was cold in the morning and the master bedroom was about 90 degrees during the day; we called the host to adjust because the temp control (nest) was locked to our use; the shower is the master bedroom was extremely small and the nozzle “sprayed” vs a constant stream of water and the drain was loose; the living areas were set up strangely as the room where the TV was would only accommodate 4 adults and that’s with 3 on the couch; the neighbors were very loud both nights. overall, i would rate this property a 3… i really would not recommend it due to the things above ..there is no way it is above a 4.0– it is just so dated .. I would not stay here again …

Wonderful Evergreen Destination

We were very impressed with this property. There were 7 adults, all over 60 years old. We found the home to be very clean and well equiped with supplies. The decks were wonderful and all of the windows made everything bright during the days, but it was still quite dark at night. The only complaint we had was that there is a step down from the garage into the house, and 2 places where you step down into the living room, and a step down into 1 of the lower bedrooms, that are not marked, and we found ourselves tripping and falling off these steps. It would have been nice if the step downs/ups had some kind of yellow or white markings to alert you that they are there. It can be especially dangerous to older people. My oldest brother fell 1 time coming into the house from the garage, and 1 of us stumbled off the step going into the lower bedroom when the lights were off. Aside from that, we all had a great 4 day stay at this home.

Well appointed home, with great common living areas.

Beautiful home with great common living areas. We had seven family members stay at the Evergreen home and it was great to have so much area in the dining, kitchen, sitting area in which we could visit with each other while preparing meals. We enjoyed the fireplace while relaxing after a day touring the area. Evergreen is a really cute community and the location made it easy to go back toward Denver or toward the ski area of Breckenridge. Plenty of dishes, cookware, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, and basic spices were provided. You will need to bring your own shampoo and hairdryer since they are not provided. Also, from the photos provided, we thought that the home was more isolated than it was. Area homes are very close by and the highway noise was heard throughout the night. We were hoping for a more secluded, quiet area. Also, six of the seven family members were over the age of 60 and the sidewalk and driveway were covered with snow and ice. One family member slipped and fell and two others came really close. All surrounding driveways were clear of the ice and snow except for our rental. Quite disappointed that we had to deal with that. There is one deck of cards and a game of scrabble if you are interested. The pool table and dart board were quite nice. Getting into the home was easy, as well as closing up. Many of our family members felt the cleaning fee was high with us being asked to take out the trash, run the dishwasher, strip the beds, and having to dealing with the snow and ice on the driveway and sidewalk. That should have been cleared prior to our arrival.

Family trip for wedding

We stayed at this property with our in-laws, young children and nanny for a family wedding in the area. It was perfect. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. We had a fantastic stay! Thank you!
