As soon as the door opened there were smiles all around. The property was welcoming, smelled great and (most importantly) super clean. Best feature of all was the back deck with beautiful views and many visits from ducks and swans.

Our weekend stay was amazing. The pictures don’t do this house justice. Spotless, spacious, and well appointed with whatever you need. Outside decks and dock on the lagoon were where we spent most of our time. Cannot wait to book another stay here. Our host Richard is wonderful!

A lovely home and a wonderful location. Private deck with amazing views, access to kayak and paddleboard were a huge hit for our family. The house is clean and well taken care of. We appreciate that all necessary items were provided including sheets, blankets and plenty of towels. We would definitely come back again!

The house was extremely clean, very accommodating. The owner responded quickly with any questions prior to check in. I loved the fact that he provided towels, sheets, kyaks, etc. I would highly recommend this property rental.

What a delight to wake up to views of the canal! The house worked for my aging parents as well as my young adult children and my husband and I. This was the perfect solution to visiting LBI without a flight of steps for my parents. The owner was also lovely. We had a great stay!

The deck and porch really make this property shine! So much space for relaxed chatting with friends and family. Host was nice and helpful. This is a great, peaceful location close to so much food and activity in the LBI area. Would definitely re-book!

Great relaxing family getaway

My big family came together for a relaxing weekend. The house was perfect for the number of people. The kids enjoyed playing on the loft area and stairs. The adults enjoyed the deck, dock, and kayaking. The view of the lagoon was very calming. Some of enjoyed some quiet time and meal on the deck. Owner lived next door, so communication was effective and was responsive. The only thing was the house did not have sufficient trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper when we arrived. But the owner was quick in supplying after we notified them. The house is a short drive to Long Beach Island. We patron the shops, visited the lighthouse, browsed flea markets, and spent time at the beach.We had a very nice time. We plan to visit LBI again.

Peaceful Oasis

This home was perfect for our family from across the country to meet up for two family events! The home was super clean, had lots of amenities and the location and hang out areas were absolutely perfect! We would definitely stay here again! The owners were easy to work with too!

Great Stay

We stayed here with our three kids and my parents. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Great location, very close to LBI and stores. Would stay here again!

Perfect

Perfect getaway for me and my friends. Clean, spacious house, and a large deck designed for relaxing and unwinding. (FYI: There's no door between the living room and the upstairs bedroom, but that didn't matter to our group.)

Beautiful home on the lagoon

We were there for a wedding at Bonnet Island. The house was immaculate, spacious for 4 adults from 29 to 94. We were all very comfortable. The outdoor space is sooo beautiful just to be on the water.

Can’t wait to return!

I have stayed at multiple properties in Beach Haven West and this is by far the best for many reasons. Top reasons for me: great space and layout that would be very comfortable for 10+. Beds are really comfortable and linens very nice quality. Kitchen is best stocked I’ve ever had. Richard is fantastic and communication was great. Added treat—we got to pick fresh figs since Richard had his fill :)

Perfect location

We wanted a location between the arts center in Stafford Township and the beach, and this house was perfect. The beach was less than ten minutes away, so we were easily able to enjoy the beach and the shops/restaurants on the island. Then, when we returned to the house we could enjoy the beautiful dock out back. My teens truly enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. These kept them entertained serval afternoons when we had had enough beach time. The house was well maintained and the floor plan allowed for everyone to have their privacy if they wanted it. Within a short 5 minute walk was a bagel place, ice cream, corner market, pizzeria, chicken place and more.

The best decision

The best decision, we are very satisfied with the stay in this beautiful and charming place, you will be able to enjoy some incredible sunsets, the pier is beautiful and was our favorite part of the house, in general it is very well equipped with everything necessary for the state It is excellent, the owner is very friendly, always willing to collaborate, it is one of the best properties we have rented, we would definitely return to this house. DO NOT HESITATE TO RENT IT, IT IS PERFECT.

A serene fall getaway at the shore

This house was wonderful to stay in, from the attentiveness of the host to the beautiful property. Super clean and well-equipped, this house has everything you could possibly need. We encountered some rain, but we had everything we needed to cook, bake, and relax at home. The view is stunning, the neighborhood is quiet, and is just a short drive to LBI. Can’t beat it. Thanks for the wonderful weekend.

Great home with a lovely view

We really enjoyed our fall weekend at this home in spite of some rainy weather. The wall of windows and sliding doors opening to the outdoor living space looking right out onto the lagoon was a special feature that set this house apart from others we have stayed in in Beach Haven West. The house was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Would love to stay here again!

Nice house, very well equipped.

The owner was pleasant and helpful, he even came over and helped my brother with the umbrella on the deck. The house was very clean, and there was everything we needed. Best equipped kitchen of all VRBO properties I've stayed at. The gas grill was great, All bedrooms except one are on the first level, both bathrooms are on the first level. The stairs are steep, and the top step is only a half step, so caution is needed when using the upstairs bedroom. The location is very convenient.

Family vacation

Wonderful family vacation. House was super clean. Lots of amenities. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the kids loved crabbing off the docks. Enjoyed sitting on deck and watching the boats go by for lagoon light parade

Family Wedding 2023

This VRBO is amazing!!! It had everything you could ever want. The location on the bay was unbelievable and we had the perfect weather to enjoy every last sunset and sunrise. I will definitely come back in the future. Just loved it!!! Thanks!
