Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and the location was great. Liked that sheets and towels were provided and the host was very accessible for questions. As others mentioned, adding a bathroom door upstairs would be a huge plus and a couple of beach chairs for the bay beach down the street would be nice. Otherwise, great place!

We had a wonderful stay in Barnegat Bay! We enjoyed the house very much and felt very comfortable there. The deck is right up on the water and we spend many afternoons and evenings enjoying the bay. Windows overlook the bay as well and are perfect for viewing the sunrise. The owners were incredibly responsive to our questions both before and during our stay! We would highly recommend staying here!!

We had such a great trip and really loved the house. We loved watching the sunrise right off the deck - amazing view! The house was clean and comfortable. The host was helpful and very responsive; easy to work with. The tiny issue we ran into is that the listing indicates "coffee maker" but it was a very high end Nespresso machine. We were not prepared for that and people were cranky without their coffee. Overall, we had a great experience and would book the house again.

This property is amazing! Spectacular Sunrise, deck over looking the bay. The master bedroom also has an amazing view of the bay with total privacy. Not even hurricane Erin could dampen our vacation, the property owner made sure of that! An amazing experience and place to stay when visiting LBI!

The house is beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The deck is fabulous and has the sturdiest swim ladder of any vacation rental I've ever had. Not only were the linens provided, but we were mot required to stip the beds before leaving, which enabled us to enjoy the last morning at the house even more. It was a magical stay. The only negative were the bathrooms, which are very small and a little strange. The one adjacent to master bed has no door (or exhaust fan?!!). The one downstairs has a very small shower stall. Everything else was very good. We enjoyed our time there.

This house the cleanest house we’ve ever gone to. It was an amazing few days! The house was exactly as listed, very cute house on the bay. The host was so responsive and helpful for anything and everything. We caught crab, saw sting rays, made friends with the neighbors, and had a great time. We’re so thankful to have found this house for our Jersey shore trip this year and will definitely be back!

The house looks exactly like in the picture - very pretty and clean!We had a great time.. We just felt the bathroom was too small - barely any space to move and the other bathroom didnt have a door

The location is just “ok”, for the price you can probably find something more modern and updated. The downstairs bathroom shower is awkward and dated and the bathroom upstairs in the master bedroom doesn’t even have a door on it. The AC was not working properly for the first couple of days so the owner sent an AC technician to look at it. He said it would only take 30 minutes and it wound up taking the entire day. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving them alone in the house so we stayed back while they did the work. After our stay, I asked the host if there’s any way we could have a discount for the inconvenience and were basically told “no because he spent 7,000 to install a ductless unit”. His cost to upgrade his house should not be on the people who rent the house, a working AC should be a given. There a lot of windows in the house, but most of them have no shades. The stay otherwise was fine, but given the circumstances, it’s way overpriced for the location. We wouldn't stay there again.

A big WOW from the moment you walk in the front door! Our 6 guests all loved it! The decor is wonderful, the home spacious, and the deck is spectacular.
