Great Place Great Location

Hosts were fantastic very responsive, location was perfect easy access to beach and restaurants. Clean and great size will be back for sure!

Great House with plenty of room

We had 3 couples that all meet at this house for a long weekend. House had plenty of room for all of us and was well stocked for cooking with quality pans and utensils. Location was basically right in between PCB and 30A which made it great for everyone to eat at our favorite places in both locations. Would absolutely look to stay here again!

This home was absolutely perfect! The space is stunning—beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. From the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Couples Getaway

The property was nice and clean. The location was right across the street from the beach and in between stores and restaurants. We had a challenge with the keypad but owners were responsive to help solve the challenge. Overall it was a great stay beautiful home and comfortable stay.

Lots of Space, Good Location

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was so close to Rosemary Beach. Such a nice area along 30A and even HWY 98. We had a family of six and had plenty of room. It was very clean and had plenty of towels. Nice to have the community pool so close.

What a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful home and the location was perfect! We walked to the beach every day! The community pool was a nice treat after a day at the beach! Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had! And our furry friend had a great time walking in the lovely neighborhood. We will definitely be back!!

A beautiful spacious home, the pictures don’t showcase the space & comfort. Took my wife, daughter & friends for a week, Didn’t want to leave.

Comfortable and Clean

We loved all the space with 2 den areas. Plus a seating area for coffee and reading. The back patio was comfortable and quiet. We even saw a rabbit out there a few times. Having beach chairs and beach towels was a wonderful perk! The well-stocked spice cabinet was a nice surprise too!

Absolutely Amazing!

This property was everything as advertised AND more!!! Amazing communication, and an efficient check-in and out process. I loved the neighborhood as it was such a close drive to the beaches and plazas. Beach access is less than a five minute walk. Chairs/towels provided and bikes for use! Loved being able to walk around in the morning and catch a beach sunrise. The house was so clean and pristine! I would highly recommend booking this property. It was perfect and made the entire trip so effortlessly easy!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this property. The house is fully stocked with everything you can think of. The beach towels were awesome, and the beach chairs came in really handy! They provided a good amount of the essentials (garbage bags, toilet tissue, dishwashing liquid, etc..) There were 5 of us in our party and we had everything we needed for 4 days. The house is conveniently located near restaurants and beaches. We went to Inlet and Rosemary beach. The pool in the subdivision isn't huge, but it's right around the corner from the house and was hardly used. We went several times and were the only ones there. Whatever minor issues we had the host was quick to respond. The house was clean and spacious. We would stay here again for sure!

Scott and Andi were super responsive and very friendly! The house was the perfect size for the 4 of us - it was great that the kids each had their own room and king size bed. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and bags to carry everything were really convenient as well. It’s a pretty short walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely stay there again!
