PLEASE NOTE: ELEVATORS ARE CURRENTLY DOWN. CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE 4TH FLOOR. This 2/2 condo at the Pointe in Inlet Beach offers gorgeous views of the palm trees and cabanas around the Caribbean-style pool at this luxurious architectural award-winning resort on the east end of 30A. Directly next to Rosemary Beach, at the intersection of Hwy 98 and Hwy 30A, just across the street from the shops and dining of 30 Avenue. This is an affordable place to be with a 5 minute walk to a Rosemary Beach square and 5 min walk to the beach (Winston LN access). The condo is located on the 4th floor of Building 1, elevators are easily accessible next to the unit's entrance. There is a gym available for your use in the same building, a viewing terrace on the rooftop with beautiful views of the Gulf. Big Bad Breakfast available in the same complex (building 2). It’s considered one of the best breakfast spots in Inlet and Rosemary Beach. Come and spend your beach family getaway at our condo!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, dinner, and nearby towns (Rosemary beach). The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family and the beach chairs set up at the beach daily were such a convenience! The condo was clean, well stocked with essentials and the beds were comfortable.

Amazing Amenities
We had a great time staying here for our anniversary trip! We loved the pool & jacuzzi on the property as well as the beach set up chairs and rented bikes. Short walk to our favorite beach - we will be back!

The unit itself was nice. Although the outlets in the 2nd bathroom didn’t work, the ac when we walked in wasn’t working nearly like it should, my husband changed the air filter and then it worked fine. The towels had musty smells to them, and the smell coming from the vents wasn’t great. The property itself wasn’t very well kept. The whole place is practically under construction. Also, being on the 4th floor without the elevator was rough (which we knew the elevator wasn’t working when booked). The pool area needed cleaned up. Just overall wasn’t real impressed.

Great location, clean unit
Having the bikes and beach chairs/umbrella was a great add to our stay. Great location. The unit was very clean and had everything you would want. Once the construction is completed in the resort, it will be a perfect place to stay. Loved the restaurant that is onsite.

Another great stay!
It was our second stay here. Andrei has a great condo and its so clean. The amenities are the best. You can’t beat beach chairs and bikes that come with the room. Thanks again Andrei for a great stay!!!

Stayed here with my mom for a mother/daughter trip and we had a great time. The condo was very clean, it was a very quiet and relaxing area. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The beach chairs/umbrella were already set up every morning in the front of the beach and it was nice not carrying any of that stuff with us. Would definitely stay here again next time! Thank you.

Amazing stay
We had the best visit to our property at The Pointe! Location was perfect - 5 minute walk to the beach and downtown! Pool at location was beautiful and the hot tub was awesome for the night. No complaints at all! We’ll be back!

Great place to stay
Check in process was seamless. Everything was as stated in the description. Bikes and umbrella service access were great. Close access to the beach. I would definitely book this property again.

This spot was ideal. Perfect for our little family of 3. The location can’t be beat! It was clean and even better than the pictures! Close to everything!

Great getaway
This property's location is just a short walk to a beautful beach and to several ahopping attractions. Not to mention the short walk to the live band nightly We enjoyed the convenience of the location and our stay.
We had an amazing time!! We will be back
