Very nice property! Lots of personality. Plenty of room, we had 4 adult men and 2 kids. Pics were accurate but there was way more room in the house than we thought. Nice location. Quiet. Communicating with owner was easy and quick. Hope to stay here again. No complaints.

we loved everything about our stay in fact, if anything, the photographs that are provided really don’t do this lovely little place justice. The artwork is eclectic. The decorating is just perfect for the area. It was comfortable. It was quiet. It was clean. It was everything and more that we dreamed of for a nice little girls weekend away highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to stay that provides you everything you could possibly want.

Great property!

Home had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Owners were available if you needed them but did not intrude. We loved the welcome touches from them. Will absolutely rent again!

Exceptional place on River.

The cabin was perfect. It had everything you would need for a long weekend stay. Bruce was very resourceful. He has a beautiful place and we are thankful he shared his place with us. We will be back.

Cozy Cabin Home

Great relaxing cabin home. Sit on deck and watch the running River or down the street to get access to River. It’s a perfect getaway. Many things you could do if you like to explore. Our trip was a great chill and relax! The Broadaways’ were great host and easy to make contact. Thanks!!!!

Nice place to calll home base for fishing. You could hit up the river in the back for smallies. Not far is Mammoth Spring, trout fishing was very good around the Dam #2 access as well as Bayou access. This place is well stocked with daily needs. The hosts, Bruce and Mona are wonderful people and answered all questions. The house in general is nice. Clean,lots of room to live in. The downstairs area is also a plus. I will be back next year to explore more areas, and THIS is the place where we will be staying. Thanks Bruce and Mona for sharing your charming home. Until next year!!!! Bob

Cute and quiet

Cute and clean cabin, quiet neighborhood and a beautiful view of the river from the backyard. Unfortunately we couldn’t access the river from the property due to a steep drop with overgrown vegetation. The beds upstairs are not queens, as stated, but are double-stuffed fulls, so queen sheets do fit and if you’re short you will need the stool provided to get into bed. Other than those two issues we had a good time and I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Erikka, Thank you for your honest review. Thank you for bringing attention to the description discrepancy regarding access to the river. There is not access on property, but we are 150 yards away from the public access. I have changed the description in the listing as I can see how it could be interpreted as on-property access. As for the beds, the standard deminsions of a Queen bed are 60x80. My wife and I measured the mattresses to ensure we are representing an honest listing, and they are in fact - 60x80 mattresses, which is a standard queen mattress. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your time in our home despite not meeting all your expectations. Thank you again for your honest thoughts. It has helped us provide more clarity in our listing.

This place was wonderful. The kitchen had everything you’d need to cook with like your own home. The beds were comfortable for me and I’m picky about mattresses. There’s plenty of room to hang out inside and outside. Nice washer & dryer to have clean clothes before you go back home. (One of my favorite amenities while vacationing) there’s also a couple roll away cots, that was perfect for our toddler.
