Surprise tenants

Overall we were happy with the house... it was clean, well stocked and in a nice area. The biggest complaint we had is the owner not notifying us that there would be people staying in the garage! This was a surprise and quite alarming! If they would have been discovered in the dark of the night we would have called the police! The owner has since told me she would include that in the listing from now on so I hope she will. The only other thing we would improve would be a table to sit 6 people since the listing is to sleep 6 people. The owner said their isn't room for it but a little rearranging left plenty of room for the table we brought inside from the patio.

Hi! I live in Pennsylvania but spend time in Knoxville because my family and I are big race fans. I’ve been happily married to my husband Mike for 31 years, and we have two wonderful children. I enjoy decorating, crafting, shelling, and making memories with family and friends. Hosting gives me the chance to share the places and experiences we love with others — especially during race season

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We absolutely love Knoxville and the people who call it home—especially our race friends, who feel like family. The Midwest is such a beautiful place, and Knoxville has so much to offer. We enjoy visiting nearby Pella and spending time at Red Rock Lake whenever we can. If we had it our way, we’d spend even more time here. Knoxville holds a special place in our hearts!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our home is a race fan’s dream—just a short walk to Knoxville Raceway! It’s cozy, group-friendly, and great for relaxing after a day at the track or lake. With flexible sleeping space, a fire pit, and local charm, it’s the perfect base for your Knoxville adventure.
