Sliver Sisters Weekend

The property was very nice, great bedrooms, living room and two covered porches. The location is very close to downtown and we had convenient secure parking. Easy access to great restaurants and shopping in Mountain Brook and Homewood.

Nice place

Definitely a values considering the local hotel options. The place was nice, had everything and a nice view. Includes gated parking which is almost a must in the area.

Great house and location is close to the city.

Everything was great! Good communication prior to our arrival. Loved the kitchen/ living space, everything was super clean & bed was comfortable. Convenient to town and great restaurants. My husband forgot his jacket and the owner was kind enough to ship it back. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Golf Trip

Had a great visit to Birmingham. The rental was perfect , clean and very comfortable. We would stay again.

Samford Family Weekend

House is lovely and well-appointed with gated parking, large kitchen. It is very easy to get on 31 and access to Samford and Homewood. Internet was good, home is very spacious and appears to be relatively recently built or renovated. No complaints.

Couples Retreat

My husband and I along with our best friends stayed here in July for 3 nights. We were not ready to leave. This townhouse is absolutely beautiful and one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in. We travel a lot and stay in many Vrbo properties. I don’t know who cleans this place but it was immaculate!! The location was great, it was quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed visiting and will definitely stay here again!!

Excellent property; great hosts!

This property is fantastic. The location is in the heart of Mountain Brook which is one of the best communities in Alabama and close to great shops and restaurants. The property is clean, well equipped and if you need anything the property manager is very responsive. The beds are comfortable and on the second floor. Both bedrooms are large and the second bedroom has two queen beds which is great. All beds are comfortable. Also like that there’s gated parking. Will stay again!

We had a family wedding in Birmingham and the house was absolute perfection! Spacious and clean with all of the comforts of home. Will stay here again when we visit! Highly recommend!

Perfect for Our Stay

The property is new, clean, and nicely furnished. It’s central location made for short and easy drives to the majority of our destinations. We will definitely look into staying here again for future trips to Birmingham.

Birmingham Stay for UAB Commencement

Enjoyed staying in this townhouse for a long weekend during the UAB commencement. Spacious rooms with a large kitchen with new appliances and marble countertops and island. Easy check-in and out. The gated parking is incredibly convenient and very reassuring. Looking forward to staying here for future visits!

Alabama Golf

I had a great stay at Susan’s with my two sons. The golf courses were spectacular and so was our stay at the townhouse. Highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Alabama.

Lovely house in a great location

The house was excellent. We were in Birmingham for a wedding and this had everything we needed. There was a problem with an electrical failure in the kitchen but the owner responded almost instantly to our message and it was all fixed within an hour. Overall an excellent stay in a lovely house.

Never disappoints!

This is my family's third time staying at this location and our second time staying in this unit. You can't go wrong with either unit. The owner is super responsive, the property is clean, spacious, has off-street parking, and is minutes from Vulcan Park and UAB. I love staying at this property and can't imagine my family staying anywhere else when we visit Birmingham.

Fantastic Weekend

As usual, this property is a wonderful place to spend a weekend. This is a great place for grabbing people over for a long dinner and a great place to relax in the evenings with peace and quiet. Comfortable, well stocked, and centrally located. We'll be back.

Great property and great location!

This was a great property - and an even better location. I booked the property because I was in town for work and I brought along my newborn and my nanny. We all had a great time! Everything was within a 6-9 minute drive, and during the day while I was working, my nanny explored the city via stroller with my baby. I will most definitely be staying here again when I'm in town next year!

Spacious Modern Brand-New Comfortable

We (our early 20s children and us the parents) were in town for a family wedding. Location of the town house close to everything- the city, restaurants, the venues, and our relatives. Check-in super easy- took us 30 seconds. Very comfortable place, so much room, gorgeous kitchen and beautiful bath rooms, comfortable furniture. Great towels, water pressure and showers. Everyone happy; no complaints, and that's unusual for my group. Was a great place to call home for the weekend and I would be happy to stay again.
