Lovely place with an Historic sign built in 1912! Loved that it had 3 full bathrooms. All our guests loved their rooms and all the amenities like the outdoor seating area and the back & front porches.Communication was seamless with quick replies… felt like they hosted well & will certainly look into staying there again when in Birmingham!

Communication with the host was great! We had an easy time checking in and out. The home itself was nice even though it’s an old home. We enjoyed the patio but make sure to bring your own darts for the dart board if that’s something you want to use. Overall, an okay place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Birmingham! Loved the outdoor relax room! Even on a cold night with the fireplace the ambiance and warmth was nice. The historical aspects and architecture of the home was awesome. Us and the doggies felt right at home! Will be back!!

Beautiful and unique home. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed without delay. Every bedroom has their own bathroom which is nice. The outdoor living area with the fireplace and large t.v. was a great cozy hangout spot. The kids and dog absolutely loved the fenced in backyard.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The house was comfortable and fully stocked with everything. Plenty of space and a nice area. It was close to restaurants and etc. The only thing that was missing was the fire pit. We were looking forward to that but they don't have it any more. The dishes in the dish washer was dirty but we cleaned them and informed the nanager. I rate this house 9.

Unfortunately this was not a great experience. First off I failed to realize this was a pet friendly VRBO, not saying that's why it was very dirty. Even if I needed to bring a pet, this is not the one for me. From the dishwasher not working, master bathroom shower having 0 pressure, upstairs air not working, 2 broken chairs in dining area, 2 lightbulbs out in kitchen making it very dark and floors being filthy, I was told upon arriving there was a combo Keurig coffee maker. It was not a combo but singles. After I mentioned that, along with the other mishaps, magically a coffee pot maker appeared and the master bathroom shower had pressure without our knowledge that someone would be on the property. Why the other things were not repaired, such as lightbulbs, as that would be an easy fix. We were there for a wedding, family of 6. Unless you are a frat house, I would look elsewhere.

When I’m not hosting, you’ll find me spending time with my family, hanging out with my dogs, experimenting in the kitchen, or unwinding with a good video game. I’m all about the little details and genuinely enjoy helping people have the best stay possible.

Travel plays a big part in my life, too — from honeymooning in Iceland, to exploring Mexico, to visiting family in Orlando and Gulf Shores. I know what it feels like to have an amazing stay, and that’s exactly the experience I aim to deliver to every guest.
