A great Nantucket property, close to restaurants and downtown with lots of room for large groups. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces and all the beds and common areas inside were very comfortable.

This house is in a great location. You can walk pretty much anywhere in town. I would definitely stay here again! It was a 15 minute walk from the ferry. So, there’s really no need to have a car on the island. All the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The house was spacious and comfortable! A perfect place for a girls’ trip!

Our family LOVED this home and location, so much that they wanted us to buy one of the other homes on the street, including the one for sale immediately across from it! It has a blend of old charm with new amenities and ease. It was decorated beautifully. The house had so many plates, glasses, etc. and the availability of a grill and beach chairs was so nice, despite our not using them. One can walk from the back yard to Washington St and it is easier to bike to/from there and to pop over to the Stop n Shop or to Sayles. It is perfect for a family with 4 or 5 or even 6 kids or 4 couples or 2 families. Just bring eye masks, like everywhere on island in the summer. Union St does have some traffic but my kids didn't mind it and the A/C also blocked much of it out. We felt so "at home" here and hope to come again.
