Apartment description - 3 bedroom newly renovated apartment with 3 full bathrooms. One en-suite bathroom in master bedroom with sink, bathtub, toilet. Second bathroom with sink, shower, toilet. Third bathroom with sink, bathtub, toilet. 2nd and 3rd bathrooms have a door to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, respectively, plus another door each to hallway.

Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with two 140x200cm beds. 2nd bedroom have two single beds (80x190cm). 3rd bedroom has two single beds, (90x200cm), one of them in the loft.

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.

The apartment has a balcony with seating and there is also access to the furnished roof terrace, with monument views.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 5 people. It can sleep up to 7.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

The apartment could not have been more perfect

I did not want to stay in an antiseptic hotel room and chose to venture out of my comfort zone and rent an apartment in a real neighborhood in Spain. I absolutely loved everything about this apartment. From the minute I walked up to the front entrance I knew we made the right choice. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. I felt at home from day one and wanted for nothing. We were able to walk to restaurants and taxis are easily available for more distant destinations. Although my Spanish is pretty elementary, we had no difficulty communicating with anyone we met. Do not hesitate staying here. You will be so happy with your choice.

Great location!!

Great part of Barcelona with plenty of restaurants close by. Walking distance to several tourist sites. Enjoyed the rooftop at night with a glass of wine after a long day of walking. Leasing agent was very easy to contact and accommodated all of our needs. Plenty of room for mom, dad and three kids. I would rent here again.

This is the only place to stay in Barcelona. The accommodation has everything you need in a super convenient location. We will never stay anywhere else this is as good as it gets. Stay here and enjoy

Beautiful Barcelona

Great location in a safe neighborhood. Many restaurants and close to sites of interest. Only 1/2 hour to beach for great pick up volleyball games. Splendid time!

Fantastic apartment......

Staying at this apartment was great. It was very close to local transportation (two block walk to the Metro). Also, the neighborhood has some amazing restaurants - check out Lecca Baffi (Italian, make a reservation) and Parilla Alfonsina (Argentinian Steakhouse) just to name a few. On top of being conveniently located, it was very clean and the perfect size for our party of six. Would highly recommend!!

Enjoyed

Good location - easy walk to Sagrada Familia (you must go inside) and other locations (El Borne, Gothic, etc). The back bedroom was big and quiet. My sons, in the other two bedrooms, said there were strange building noises throughout the night (water being poured or splashed, pipes banging). I'm writing the review, they're not -- so I'm recommending (but maybe inquire about the noise before booking!)

Great Place in a Great Location

We were three adult couples in the apartment for five days. We walked everywhere, but the subway is close by if you wanted to use it. Felt like a very safe area with lots of restaurants/bars and little market stores close by. Having three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect. The one bedroom with the single bed in the loft is tight but that couple managed to survive. Since the master bedroom has two double beds it all worked fine. Kitchen area is adequately stocked and the sofa's in the room are comfortable, all furniture in good shape. We used the washer and dryer several times during our stay and they worked fine. The greeter showed us around the place was quick to response to text massages. Our only complaint would be the strength of the WiFi signal, it works OK in most areas of the apartment but did not work in the Kitchen/Living Room area where we would relax and try to plan the next day and catch up on news.

Nice location and just a couple of blocks from the subway

Nice but small we barely could fit 3 couples as one of the bedrooms is tiny with a loft but nice that we all had our own bathroom. Place was nice and clean and kitchen recently updated although we did not cook or eat there. We enjoyed the roof top one afternoon. We had poor or no internet connection. I will add that the master suite was very nice

Great Location and Excellent Value

This location is in a great area that allows for walking to many key places in Barcelona. Only a few blocks from Sagrada Familia. Nice cafes and bakeries just outside the front door. The views form the main balcony are as shown on the site photos and the view from the rooftop shared balcony is spectacular. Make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo. The internet WiFi is weak in areas of the apartment. Recommend.

Beautiful Barcelona

Very comfortable for 4 people in 3 bedrooms. Location is excellent. Very central with easy access to everything you'd want to see_& do as well as to the metro which is excellent. Very pleased with our week long stay.

The only problem with the property is that one room with 2 beds (middle room) was a bit small for 2 adults. The master bedroom is wonderful. Each room has it's own bathroom. The kitchen area and living room, aNd terrace, lovely. Finally, location is excellent! I enjoyed my stay!

Wonderfully appointed apartment in Eixample neighborhood.

My family of six stayed in this very nice apartment during some of the hottest days of the summer. It was cool, comfortable, clean and had most everything we needed. We walked most places: La Rambla and Gothic Quarter, the waterfront, La Sagrada Familia and Park Güell, though, arguably, we are willing to walk a long way! We also had easy access (few blocks) to the A17 bus to the waterfront and the metro (half mile). The apartment itself is spacious and had enough bathrooms and privacy for a big family or group. The hosts were accommodating and available when we needed them. I’d stay here again!

Great Apartment; Great Location; Great Service; Poor WiFi

We spent 3 nights, arriving Wednesday afternoon and departing Saturday morning. We had great communication from the owners before arriving and the greeter communicated by WhatsAp once we were near the property and also during our stay to answer any questions. Convenient access by combination lock, so no worries about losing a key. The apartment was clean and well-appointed, with a bath for each bedroom, and a very nice open kitchen and den. The photo of the church across the street really is what it looks like from the small balcony off the kitchen/den. Access to the rooftop was spectacular: tables to enjoy a take-out meal and a clear view of the Sagrada Familia! On Friday night, we also were able to see the lunar eclipse--what a spectacular evening! The apartment is close to everything. We walked to several nearby Metro stations and came back to the apartment for afternoon siesta every day. We also used the bus stop across the street to get to the airport during the taxi strike (Uber please come to Barcelona soon!) Also, there is a nice little bar downstairs, a gelato shop, and a creperie with amazing fresh fruit plate. So, again, the location is just perfect. Two minor complaints: (1) The master bedroom is huge, with 2 double beds, lots of sitting space, and a balcony. But the other 2 bedrooms are very small. The middle bedroom, in particular, has no place to even open a suitcase. If an adult couple is staying in there, they have to be agreeable to having luggage in the front hallway. The third bedroom is a nifty loft arrangement that the kids loved. (2) Despite having passwords to 5 WiFi networks in the building, we never had good signal. Occasionally, we would have access, but never enough to watch a YouTube video or upload our photos from the day to the cloud. We didn't have lots of cellular data from Verizon, so this was actually a pretty big annoyance. I would still stay here again, but you should just be sure you plan accordingly. (Note that we were traveling with 2 teenagers, so I am pretty sure the problems were not just because middle-aged people don't know how technology works. But in fairness, we did not contact the owners to request help with the WiFi, so I suppose it is possible that there was some sort of reboot of the routers that might have helped.)

Seeping with charm

I felt like I was staying in an updated castle: we could see where the original doorways had been, before modern updates were made: very cool! It was delightful, and comfortable: we never ran out of hot water. The AC was powerful in the July heat. The sheets and towels were fine. They suggest house shoes for the tile floors; some may be centuries old (?). We were fine, barefoot. The balcony was heavenly: what an awesome view of the street, and the church across the way. The taxi drivers seemed to know the location. The metro is just a few blocks away. Great food just downstairs: we especially liked Kook next door, and HungaryTo around the corner. Oh, and the Beer and Tapas bar a block further down from HungaryTo. It was a beautiful walk to Sagrada Familia, with shops for everything you'd need along the route: fresh fruit, croissants (go to 365), coffee, groceries. This was a very comfortable place for our family.

Lovely apartment

Very nice apartment. A wonderful mix of old world charm and up to date conveniences. The street noise can be a little loud in the front room, but it was never bad in the bedroom where it would matter. We were able to walk or take public transportation easily from the location to any where we wanted to go. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
