Discover the perfect blend of serene countryside and city convenience at our spacious 4-bedroom home. Nestled on a generous acre, our retreat is ideally situated near The Domain, Q2 Stadium, and major hospitals—making it a fantastic choice for families, travel nurses, and groups.
Highlights of Our Home:
• Family-Friendly Comfort: The home features a playroom, bunk beds, and a sprawling backyard with basketball courts and ample space for outdoor activities.
• Convenient Parking: Enjoy easy parking with a garage that fits up to two vehicles, plus additional driveway space for two more cars or an RV with a hookup.
• Modern Amenities: Our property is equipped with contemporary amenities and includes a bi-weekly house cleaning service. Please note, due to homeowner allergies, we are unable to accommodate pets.
• Extended Stays Welcome: We are currently accepting bookings for 30 nights or more, with a maximum occupancy of 8 adults and 2 additional children. Work crews of up to 6 adults are also welcome.
• Work Crews Welcome: We also accommodate work crews of up to 6 adults, providing a comfortable and functional space for your team.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• 1 King Bed
• 1 Queen Bed
• 2 Twin Beds (bunk beds)
• 2 Trundle Beds (4 twins)
