Beach House Just Across the Street from Beach

Beach house is located in Garden City just across the street from the beach (approximately 100 yards). Relax on the covered porch swing and enjoy the sunsets. Shared pool just behind the house. Room for four cars to park under the house. Well stocked kitchen. Cable TV in each bedroom as well as the Den. Tastefully decorated. Picnic table on patio below the house. Outside shower with hot water. Great family beach. Cleaning included in rental fee. Linens are not provided. We only rent by the week Saturday to Saturday from May through September. No prts are allowed.

The place was very clean. Perfect walk to the beach. We had an issue with the lock and was able to reach the owner immediately. Would book here again for sure.

This home was AMAZING! The host sent check in instructions days before which was wonderful to have in advance. The walk to the beach is short and just as described right across the street. Plenty of parking for my car, trailer and golf cart. Home is very well kept. We kept saying the entire trip that the next time we come to garden city we will be booking here if available! Thank you for a great stay!

Nicely located to walk to the beach. Has a pool to relax in if needed. The house also has an outside shower for rinsing off sand with both cold and hot water. The host was attentive and also reached out to let us know something was wrong with the keyless entry. The host had a proactive solution and everything went well. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to rebooking with such a wonderful and attentive host in a great location.

We enjoyed our weekend in mrs janet’s home its beautiful and very spacious only downfall is small pool if one family is in thats about all it holds....other than that we had a awesome stAy lots of room and best location

Nice house, well stocked kitchen. All appliances worked well. Beds were comfortable. Very clean and well kept. Wonderful porch swing and rocking chairs. Lovely breezes on front porch.

The perfect beach house!

Our little family absolutely adored this property. The location is honestly unbeatable. We were about to walk right across to the beach in a matter of a few minutes. The littles (ages 4 and 6) had no complaints about the short walk. The outdoor shower was super handy for washing off the kiddos before heading in for baths. The property was spotless upon arrival and everything is so well maintained. Photos simply do not do this place justice. We hope to be back for our next beach adventure! PS- the baby ducks coming to visit were a family favorite!

Easter weekend 2025

As we arrived we noticed how well kept the property was. Then when we went to go into the house, the doir cide didnt work. I called janet, and she picked right up, give me the new door code, & apologized. Everything was what we expected, except one thing. There were about 10 to 12 homes all right there together, whom all share the pool. Like i said, the home, the owner, and everything was great, but just know youll be sharing a pool with several ppl.

We love staying here it our second year. Can’t wait to come back next year. Very clean place you have everything here you need. The pool was great. Easy access to the beach. My grandkids loved it.

I LOVED the location. And would stay here again. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The lack of bed linens and towels in baths and kitchen was a bummer but I understand why they might need to or want to do that…Proximity to the beach was incredible. Plenty of parking. 10/10 would stay again!

Rainy Week in Garden City

We enjoyed everything about the property. The porch was great due to it raining most of the week. The walk to the beach & pool was easy, when we were able to go! The board games were enjoyed as well. We hope to stay again in the future!

Beach retreat

This property was the easiest of my vacation transactions in the past few years. The owner/ property manager responds quickly to messages. We enjoyed the close access to the beach. Our only complaint is that there are no chairs by the pool and some places in the past provided beach chairs.

4 generation stay

Enjoyed spring break with the family. It was the perfect location with the beach and pool. Everything about the home was inviting. The front porch was my favorite spot.

Excellent Value - Easy Walk to Beach

The property was very clean and well-kept. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, cookware and utensils. The beach access was just a few hundred yards away. The house was simple, but comfortable. It even had comfortable mattresses. The owners were very responsive to questions and greet with communication

Vacation for our ever growing family....

This was our second year at this property. We loved our week there so much last year that we booked two weeks this year! We love the location, clean beaches, never over crowded and clean. The pool facility is nice and is a great transition for the kids from beach to pool to the house for dinner. We had a great time but with new additions on the way, we will exceed the max capacity of the house for next year. So many great memories though!! Thank you!!
