Perfect getaway! Mere steps to the beaches of both Surfside and Garden City. This amazing house has everything for your beach vacation! From pool and pool toys to extremely close and convenient beach access and beach toys for your use. When you're done at the beach, rinse off in our outdoor shower, and then cool off in the air conditioned home. Plenty of toys and games inside as well! Full kitchen complete with all appliances, and washer/dryer in unit available to use.

The house was very clean and nice and only a short walking distance from the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. Host was very nice and answered questions quickly. Would love to stay here again next year

It was a very vibrant area comfy and in a cozy corner. Rooms clean perfect appliances for kitchen just lovely. I’d definitely stay again

Comfortable house, short walk to beach

We enjoyed staying here and recommend for families with kids of all age ranges. Adam the owner was very responsive and attentive. We had a wonderful stay.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay in Garden City at this property. It was a short walk to the beach and everything was clean and comfortable for us.

Girls family trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Excellent, quiet location. Very clean and decorated nicely. Comfortable mattresses! That’s always a plus! The kids enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed how close it was to the house and the fact that it was not crowded. The only thing I would change would be adding lamps to the den and bedrooms. Other than that it was a great stay!

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved the location, the atmosphere, the amenities, and so on. Ask the unit before your arrival and you’ll be set. Tons of towels, kids toys, beach/pool toys. Clean and very spacious. Close to beach and pool as well. Well worth the money. Not the mention Adam was so quick to respond and was very kind to my silly questions. Saved for next year!!

This was definitely one of our favorite vacation spots we have ever booked! This particular unit is exactly as pictured. The beds are super comfy, and the kitchen has pretty much everything that you would need as far as dishes and cooking utensils. You can sit on the porch and watch the kids play in the pool, and the unit is set towards the back of the complex, which I loved, since this puts it far away from the main road. The owner was really quick about responding to any messages or questions that I had and we had a blast. Would definitely stay again.!

Beach Get Away

The property was clean and in a very good location with just a short walk to the beach. There was a nice community pool but no hot tub as advertised. Make sure you ask which unit number you have rented because there are several units with the 1521 address. After a long day of travel, this was frustrating. However, Adam was quick to respond and despite being 30 minutes early let us in the unit. Our unit could have used a good HVAC cleaning. The registers were very dusty. There was no grill, pool toys, and no beach chairs. Despite these few small things our stay was very enjoyable.
