Wonderful visit!

The properly was great for a couple looking to have a weekend away. We enjoyed lots of Conroe and other sites in the area. Everything on site was great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully decorated and relaxing

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was decorated so nice and was very comfortable. Especially the bed. We slept so good. Also Marylou makes sure you have everything needed in the condo from coffee to spices and extra trash bags, dish soap and sponges Most host do not provide extras like thThethe

Relaxing retreat

While staying in the area for a work project it was nice to have a place to come "home" too that not only had everything I needed but quite a few comforts and unexpected extras. The thoughtfulness of the owner shows through in the property with many little details planned to make the stay better for the guests. Owner was a pleasure to deal with, property was clean and comfortable, really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again or recommend to a friend in the area.

Overall good stay! place was in a good location and very clean but had a smell to it, smelt like dogs but seemed like owner was either trying to be proactive. Or unsure if it could have been another tenant close by.

Beautiful view and gracious host

Beautiful view of Walden golf course from patio in this first floor unit. Great accommodation overall. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchen has all the basics and then some. Washer/dryer in the unit is very convenient when you’re traveling. Easy access to unit from parking lot which is great when you have suitcases, etc to bring in. Small considerate details like cloths for make up removal, toiletries, shower gel, have been supplied which is very unusual for a vRbo rental. Several restaurants nearby.

Nice and easy

We needed an easy place to rest and recover while attending a family gathering here at Lake Conroe. What a retreat it was from the kids house! Very well equipped and communication was excellent. We did use t he e adult pool one afternoon and such lovely people who live here!

Enjoyed our stay - very relaxing.

Very clean condo. Peaceful, relaxing atmosphere - sitting on patio. We wintered here for a month to be close to family in Conroe . It is a bit small but was actually great for the two of us. MaryLou was a great host and communicated quickly with anything we needed/asked. There was a issue with water heater but she was able to resolve it and all was good...even comped us days for the inconvenience. A little disappointed that the golf course had just recently went private, members only and didn't allow walkers on the course. We did find a member to allow us on as a guest one day. The waterfront is all residential property which was safe to walk around a look at houses. I did find a couple nice walking trails and a small spot on the lake to sit and relax by the water. Comfortable bed, slept well! Good restaurants in the area, Krogers/Walmart/Donut shop close by.

We enjoy being this close to Lake Conroe. You can fish, boat, or swim in the community pool. We love seeing the wildlife walking around the neighborhood. Be careful not to get too close to the deer. They look friendly, but...
The nearby breweries and Margaritaville are great when we are in the mood for some entertainment.

This home is near the Walden Golf Course, boat launch, and community pool. So many things to do for a family or adulting. You can go and enjoy the outdoors including Sam Houston National Forest or stay in and enjoy some fun competitive games in the game room billiards or foosball.
