Welcome to Zion Family Getaway. This luxury townhome sits in a prime location to all the many opportunities Southern Utah has to offer in this 4bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms (2 king suites) . Bring the kids, parents or maybe the in-laws too. You will have plenty of room in this fun, family-friendly, spacious condo with two living room spaces and many outdoor living areas. You can also enjoy the community year-round pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, or relax on one of balconies by the fire table.

We are located in the Center of Town Center right across from the pool, hot tub, and pickle ball courts. We are also located close to the interstate which makes it convienent to head to any of the national parks or in to St George.

This townhome has access to Zion National Park (40 min), SandHollow (10 min), Quail Creek (10 min), St George (15 min), Snow Canyon
(30 min), Cedar Breaks (1 hr), Bryce Canyon (2 hrs), Grand Staircase Escalante (2.5 hrs). Enjoy the Southern Utah mountain biking in which you can leave right from the front door if you want. There are so many trails at your fingertips such as J.E.M., Prospector Church Rocks, Gooseberry Mesa, Little creek Mountain, and more. We have a detailed guide awaiting your arrival with many shopping, dining, golfing, and fitness recommendations.
