This beauty is located in Midtown of Hattiesburg and is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, USM, the Hattiesburg Zoo and also the interstate.

Chateaux Magnolia was specifically designed to fit the needs of guests ranging from business to families to the single traveler and anything in between. Wether you are enjoying a barbecue dinner on the brand new very large deck or a game of corn hole with family or playing with the kids in the spacious backyard that features a brand new wooden privacy fence or relaxing in the evening to watch a movie on the Roku TV with provided popcorn and snacks; this home has the home away from home feel you would want while traveling.
GUEST ACCESS
The home is accessed via door key pad. The entire home is yours to enjoy. The home features brand new full size washer/dryer for your convenience. This home also features all brand new Appliances including a dishwasher. Enjoy your stay with all brand new modern and cozy furniture throughout this completely remodeled home. The front yard has been freshly landscaped for that added eye appeal as well as All new sod grass being added.

I’ve never had to write a bad review before, but this is a first. The home reeked of cigarette smoke the moment we walked in. Everything looked dirty. The air handler vents were full of dirt, dead bugs were on the inside, kitchen window and on the blinds. Two of the three bedroom ceiling fans were broken. A broken kitchen chair was smashed on the outside lawn. Two of the other chairs were wobbly and unsafe. The sofa fabric was ripped. We took the sheets off the bed because we felt they might be dirty and the mattresses underneath were soiled. Underneath the bathroom counter there was an old shoe, trash, toilet paper roll. Many of the amenities were missing such as no hairdryer not enough silverware and only 3 towels for 5 guests. The barbecue grill was missing. The owner was responsive, to our texts but we notified him, that we could not stay and left the property after discovering more issues.

Home away from home.
The house is located in a close proximity to campus which is as a plus as we were there for graduation. The property managers communication was wonderful. It was late when we arrived and the hot water was not working. I thought maybe I would not hear from him until morning but he promptly replied and told me to flip the fuse box which worked. Perfectly hot water that never ran out for each person that had to shower. The deck in the back is gorgeous and the gas grill is a plus. The house is decorated very nicely and the canera outside makes you feel safe walking up to the front door. Having a washer and dryer for a family really helped us a lot and detergent and dryer sheets were provided. I really appreciate the communication between myself and the manager and would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Hattiesburg.
