Christine's Classic Savannah Condo With Balcony!

Gorgeous condo on top floor of a historic downtown building. Private balcony.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed
Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds. Remodeled bathroom is off hallway, convenient for both bedrooms
Kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, island & breakfast bar. Cable TV & Wifi. Central heat and air. Original historic heart of pine flooring throughout! This building does not have an elevator so you will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Parking is metered. This is free on nights and weekends. Weekdays require payment 8am to 5pm in the surrounding 1 block radius.

The condo has high speed wifi! Please note that 2 flights of stairs are required to reach this condo. There is no elevator. This is not suitable for any guests who have mobility limitations sorry! The private balcony is historic and the railing is lower than modern balconies. For this reason we ask that guests with young children not book this condo, or if they do please keep the balcony door locked and do not allow children on the balcony. All guests should use caution. This is a licensed STVR #00420

Great location in a beautiful city

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this condo. It was one block from the free trolley which takes you into town. Also within a block either direction are 2 of the charming parks of Savannah. The host was very prompt to respond to all messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home away from home.

Very pretty and clean house. Walking distance to several areas we wanted to see. Will definitely recommend!

The place was great and in a fantastic location. Very clean and spacious. Only negative was they provide soap for the shower but not shampoo

Beautiful Quaint Savannah Condo

We spent three nights at Christine's lovely condo in Savannah while our daughter was checking out SCAD. The condo was beautifully decorated and had a well-stocked kitchen, although we didn't end up using it a whole lot. Nestled in a gorgeous neighborhood, close to downtown restaurants and shops. Easy to walk everywhere. Only downside was quiet hours start at 9pm, which appears to a neighborhood ordinance. Not too big of a deal, although was a bit hard to keep my night-owl teens quiet after that time.

Weekend get away

Very clean property in a great location. Within walking distance of historic downtown. Check in and check out were very easy. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great 2 bedroom in historic Savannah

Clean and comfortable accommodations, great location just above Forsyth Park (not a bad location in downtown Savannah really) easily walkable to riverfront/everywhere. Able to find street parking on side streets. Easy check in/out and excellent communication with host. Thanks!

nice place and excellent walkable location

We had a great stay. It was clean and nice, as advertised, and we loved being able to walk everywhere from this very central location. The only thing I wished was different is that there was no shampoo in the bathroom; it seems like the kind of thing that should be standard!

The condo’s location was blocks from Forsyth Park and all the local bars and restaurants. The apartment’s dining, kitchen and living area was so spacious with beautiful decor. It was clean and quiet and our only regret was we didn’t have more time to spend there. We will definitely stay again!

Nice cozy condo. Very charming. Location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown. We missed some basics, like salt, sugar, coffee...Kitchen equipment could be better, e.g. more plates, pans...

Great landing spot for a weekend of adventure!

Much larger than we anticipated! Very clean, comfortable property with easy access to all of downtown Savannah. Great location near shops and cafes but tucked away for a restful evening!

Beautiful and Felt like Home

This Vrbo was very clean and neat. It had everything we needed. We even played a couple games of Monopoly on our down time. The balcony was so relaxing and the night view was the best It was a close walk to Vic's coffee shop and restaurant which was very good. We had a fabulous time during our stay. We will book this Vrbo again.

Girls Weekend Fun

Fantastic central location. We walked to all our spots easily and enjoyed historic Savannah. No need for car rental for a long weekend break.

We loved our stay! We were aware of the stairs before arrival and were prepared. Once inside the apartment, it was welcoming and beautiful! We felt safe, had lots of places to walk to enjoy ourselves, and slept so well each night! I would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay there again!
