Nice to be outside LA

Stay was great. Communication with owner was smooth and convenient. Directions to house were very helpful and accurate. Accomodations were nice with many items helpful to stay. Nice gated community with tons of fruit trees.

Excellent property

We had an amazing time. We were very comfortable and relaxed. The house was very clean and the surrounding area was great. A lot of food and stores close and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay amd will be definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this property if you have a family.

Nice house at the right price

This place fit our needs very well.4 friends visiting for the Breeder’s Cup at Santa Anita. Master Bedroom needed a little more cleaning but overall pretty clean. Waters in the fridge were very welcome.

Great house, terrible rooster

The house itself was great. Comfortable beds and it had everything we needed except for a coffee pot. The only downside to this property was that the next-door neighbors had a rooster who woke everyone up every single morning at sunrise. Bring ear plugs.

Beautiful house!

It’s a very clean house. They have driveway parking. Yard is clean and neighborhood is safe. The gate was easy to use. It was perfect for us. We had a great time in the area. We went to universal studios , little Tokyo and Olvera st. At the local target we met Angela Deem from 90 day fiancé. Thank you!!

Family Wedding

The residence was clean and comfortable for most of our party. Steep stairs not good for handicapped person. Host was easily accessible when needed. Not the place for anyone who has trouble with stairs or is noise sensitive. HVAC system is very loud. Roosters crowing every morning early. Dogs barking, cars reving engines, and random loud noises late night/early morning. No coffee maker, only instant.

Great for Families

Stayed here over the weekend for a family affair. Like: - Clean - Plenty of room for a family of 8. - Owner was really responsive. One member was early so requested early checkin. Was very accommodating and helped get in the house due to initial problems with the front door. - A lot of restaurants around the area - can walk to McDonalds, a Dim Sum place (to go) - In a gated community Dislike: - As another poster mentioned, there is a rooster next door and crows in the early morning hours. So use a White Noise app or bring earplugs. I would give this place a 5 if it wasn't for the rooster so it's a 4.5

Amenities

My family traveled to California from Vegas as our elderly mother needed surgery. This home was clean and had more amenities that we were so appreciative of. They were thoughtful and convenient to provide some many little details that it helped our family during a stressful time. Not many places provide kitchen, laundry and sundries. We also like that they provided house slippers to walk around in the home

Great location and gated community!

We had a great time in the home. We accidentally got locked out and the owner remotely opened the garage door for us. If we visit Los Angeles again we will be back!

A wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was SO clean, well organized, well maintained. The owners have made everything very comfortable and provided many amenities (shampoo/conditioner, body wash and lotion, qtips, cotton ballls, many other items). Everything in the house is labeled making it easy to find what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The home is very close to a large shopping area with stores like Target, restaurants, electronics. It was so convenient. The beds were really comfortable and bedding was clean. There were plenty of towels. The bathrooms were very nice and also very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful! We were close enough to all the theme parks as well as the LA beaches and orange county beaches. We enthusiastically recommend this property! And would definitely stay here again!

Family Road Trip to LA

Kenny's house was lovely, in a good central location for us and had lots of room. I loved the little touches like complimentary laundry soap (which a family of 6 needed!) and extra toothbrushes and such. The check in process was so easy since it was just an app to access the house. Thanks so much!

Nice home to relax and have a great time!

Me and my friend had a great time during our stay. We never had a problem with the home and if we had a question, the owner responded quickly and was very helpful! I will definitely consider coming back here.
