Best experience ever!

If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT! Everything was amazing from reserving the stay to checking out! We almost had to stay an extra night & Miguel was soooo accommodating! (Almost makes me sad that we didn’t stay!) planning our next vacation with this stay at the top of our list! Can’t wait to come back.

Utopia!!

Had a fantastic trip at the Utopia Villa! Nelson was so very attentive and gave us a list of local places to visit. Although the island lost power, Nelson did everything he could to help us stay comfortable. Our family loved the pool, the Rain Forest excursion (Nelson and his staff were excellent), and the various nearby beaches! The only suggestion we had was the lack of AC in the parts of the house. We’d definitely recommend the Utopia Villa to large families who want to see the authentic Puerto Rico!

Country feel/Close to Many places

Stayed for 1 week exactly (Tuesday to Tuesday).The house has a nice country feel and is in a great location—just a short 10–15 minute drive to beaches, restaurants, and stores. There's also a convenient bakery/gas station with a small store just 2 minutes down the road.The host was very responsive and even checked in during our stay, which we appreciated.That said, the house could use a deep cleaning now and then, especially the floors. Some minor updates like fixing small issues or replacing the toilet seat would go a long way in improving the overall feel.Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the peaceful setting, but a bit of upkeep would make the experience even better.

Excellent Overall Trip

We had an excellent stay. We were concerned about the reviews commenting on the lack of air conditioning in the common areas, but there were ample ceiling fans and even with the temperature in the mid 80s we had no problem staying comfortable. Its a short 10 minute ride to shopping centers and walmart for food/supplies. The drive to San Juan is on the linger side (about an hour and 10 minutes), but it depends what your plans are as to how much that would bother you. There are ample local bars and restaurants. Everyone enjoyed the house.

Great Escape

Perfect in everyway for out multi generational winter getaway! Amazing outdoor/pool area, great neighborhood, private yet close to amenities and beautiful beaches. Loved the Lechuga bakery on the corner. The hosts left a beautiful welcome basket of fresh fruits, and beverages and the home was well stocked with the basic needs that are very helpful to have on hand. Many games and pool toys on hand with many activities right in the house for all ages. I found the hosts to be extremely thoughtful to our family experience. Thank you Nelson and Miguel for ensuring our family had a great stay. Five Star experience!

Amazing getaway.

This home was absolutely amazing. We had thirteen people, and it comfortably accommodated all of us. Nelson, our host was amazing. He even dropped by with a Box of frozen goodies for us. I would recommend this for anybody. Looking to go to puerto rico, nice centralized area, perfect for our family.

Great fit for our large, multigenerational group

We had a great time and the host was very responsive. The home met the needs of our family of 11 people for 9 days. There were enough outdoor spaces that everyone who needed alone time could find a quiet place. The listing is accurate allowing us to be prepared for a comfortable stay. We were there over the 28th and enjoyed watching people get decked out in capes and masks to celebrate this cultural event. This neighborhood is the center of the party and the sirens and music went on all day and all night. Based on previous reviews we came prepared with ear plugs and re-routed our activities away from Hatillo for the day. If we came Puerto Rico again with our family we would stay again at the luxury utopia villa.

Beautiful Property!

The home was beautifully decorated and felt safe. There was plenty of space for our group of 15. We only spent 1 night as we passed through but there was many great food options for our night and morning. Nelson was easy to reach upon our arrival to get the key code and give us directions to enter the property. We really enjoyed the outside space and pool.

Puerto Rico 2024

Proper was nice, clean and roomy. Contacted the property mgr a couple of times with the first time on Sunday, on the key for the casuta door and was advised that someone would come out and no one did. We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday.

Great stay

My family visited puerto rico for the first time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house fit all 10 of us comfortably with plenty of room. The pool was the highlight of the home. The entire town was very welcoming and friendly and we made several trips to the local bakery down the road for sandwiches and desert. There are great restaurants nearby and the beaches are spectacular. Thank you for sharing this home as a little bit of paradise.

Family vacation

Property was very comfortable fit all 14 of us very well. The pool of course was a big hit!! The pool house was great! Communication with the owner was very fast. He addressed any needs we had. Would stay here again.

Great pool

Space worked well for our group of 13. Power went out and someone came right over to turn generator on. Pool area was wonderful and a big hit with the kids. A washer and dryer would have been a great addition to the home. The local bakery was great and the cow next door amused the kids. Karaoke machine was fun.

Bday celebration

We were very disappointed with the place. When we arrived at 4:30pm they were working on fixing things in the house. The bathrooms, the pools were dirty. They were no soap, paper towels or bathroom rugs. The rooms had AC but the kitchen, living room and dining room had only 3 ventilators which made it impossible to be together.

Family Vacation

Overall the house was exactly like the pictures, my only surprise was that it’s up and down stairs..just one room upstairs with no bathroom (big room) so the younger ones stayed up there..lol..I arranged this trip with my family so the pool house/room with its own bathroom was nice and private for some decompression time with my husband..we know family can be a lot..the pool was a true plus…but most importantly we did not feel like we were on top of each other..there were 10 of us…the grill was also a great benefit..definitely worth it..if you don’t mind driving it is a drive from other places 1-2 hrs…so map it out for your convenience. The beaches in the area are beautiful and restaurants were good We did a lot of driving to visit family but for the comfort it was worth it

Experience Exceeded

An amazing trip made even better by the best host Nelson. The house was so spacious and comfortable with all of the amenities and some, he even made sure to keep our fridge and coolers stocked. It’s a charming home with plenty of room for our group of 13 as well as a 10 minute walk to the nearest little town. From the pool, to the view, and even the little baby cow next door; would absolutely recommend this place for your next trip to Puerto Rico.

Great host

We had a great experience. Nelson was a super host. He responded very quickly and supported us throughout our stay. The property is very nice, beds are comfortable, the swimming pool and the whirlpool are amazing. The challenge with this property is the presence of fly which is due to the location. Putting screens in the windows will be a good next step to help control having the insects coming into the property.
