Stayed before at Mr. Garnett's other property. This unit was just as nice and comfortable. His property manager Alvaro is a blessing. He went out of his way to introduce me to a gym very close to property. Always a good time.

We loved the location, right across from the beach and close to a couple of nice restaurants. We were close enough to the centre of town to walk there easily, yet far enough away from the noise. The apartment was clean and as described. The elevator, although small, worked well and fast, and we were glad to have it, being on the fourth floor. Communication with host and property manager was very good. We would stay again!

The view was amazing. We had a few hiccups but Alvaro the building manager was awesome to help out quickly. Security were friendly. We were a two minute walk into town which was great. We were right on Playa Alicia beach and it was only a short walk to Sosua beach. This was our 3rd year in Sosua and hope to be back again next year.

Loved it! Very clean and it felt like a home away from home. Quiet area but still very close to the action. Living area and patio were bigger than I expected. We had one issue where the hot water was not working. I texted the property manager and he got back to us in 5 mins and walked us through a simple fix. I would stay here again.

Great place

Property was super nice. Right by the beach. Host was really nice and accomodating as was the property manager. Will definitely be staying here again.

The communication was so hopefully from a local. The beach in front of the condo is absolutely stunning, highly recommend this place.

Beautiful spot

It was a great location and a beautiful condo..the building manager Alvaro was amazing, so helpful and a great human being, whatever we needed he was there to help. We will be returning.

Great First Impression!!

Great property with an excellent view of the ocean. Very close to many areas of interest where you don't necessarily need a rental car. The property was very comfortable. Very clean and I definitely will stay at this property again!!

Close, quiet and secure

Walking distance to nightlight, restaurants and bars. Excellent view of the beach. Quiet and secure building with very friendly staff. Property manager is A1. I am staying here again.

Wonderful In Every Way

This is a beautiful, clean, safe property in the most ideal location. Amazing beach and ocean views. Easy walk to restaurants and activities. Met the owner, Jerome, on check-in. Jerome and his staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. This was a 10/10 stay!

Beautiful ocean front condo

Very nice property with a great view of Alicia beach. The property manager Alvaro was a super guy. He gave me a ride back to the airport and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.
