**Occupancy & Access**
- Max occupancy: 5 — no subletting or unregistered guests
- 5th floor off-limits without prior written approval
- Owner/Manager may enter for maintenance, emergencies, or rule violations

**Amenities**
- Shared pool, hot tub, grill — use at your own risk
- No glass/food in pool or hot tub
- Kids supervised at all times

**No Parties or Events**
- Lodging only — no gatherings, no unregistered guests
- Violations = immediate eviction, forfeited payment

**Pets**
- Prior approval required; clean up after them, no unattended pets unless crated, keep off furniture, not allowed in pool/hot tub
- Guest charged for pet damage/cleaning

**Beach & Ocean**
- Natural conditions (sand, tides, access) change and aren't guaranteed to match photos
- Don't enter the water when conditions look unsafe
- No refunds for natural condition changes

**General**
- Keep unit and shared spaces clean; respect quiet hours
- No refunds for temporary appliance/utility/internet issues
- Lost items: guest pays shipping; unclaimed after 30 days discarded/donated
- Rule violations may end stay without refund
