So many entertainment areas in this large home sitting on 2 acres w/ a private pool, outdoor fire pit, game room & covered deck w/ outdoor bar. It's less than 5 min. from Lake Travis boat launch in Briarcliff Marina, Pace Bend Park or Lighthouse restaurant with waterfront outdoor dining and live music Sunday brunch. Bring your own boat or rent one from close by Briarcliff marina. Whether you're here for one activity after another or just a private quiet place for your family to get away, this home offers it all!!!

The pool can be heated for a fee. Please notify management at time of booking since the pool takes at least 2 days to fully heat.

This home is less than 5 minutes from Lake Travis and boat launch that is OPEN and the LAKE is FULL. To rent a boat or water crafts you can contact Briarcliff marina. There is a convenient store across the street with most essential items. The Lighthouse is another place for outdoor waterfront dining with live music for Sunday Brunch. If you love beer or wine, take a tour of the many distilleries in the area as well.

This home operates on water shipped into 2 tanks on the property. We call in on a regular basis to ensure there is plenty of water for each guests stay. At times when guests use water in multiple areas, the pressure will tend to be low. Please be conscience of using showers, laundry and sinks all at the same time.

Great space; comfortable rooms/beds. Outdoor space was very accommodating. Nice amenities and little extra things like snacks, great coffee bar, lots of dishes for serving our rehearsal dinner!

Great space-loved the game room

Stayed here with a few other family members and really enjoyed all of the large separate spaces and bedrooms. The game room was a fabulous amenity to have the kids able to play and enjoy some fun. We were extra grateful to have the overflow fridge for storing water and drinks in the garage as well. The house stayed relatively cool with separate thermostats upstairs and downstairs, but it ran and ran and ran the whole time. I think it may need filters changed, especially before the warmer months hit. The coffee bar was delightful and great to have out of the way of the kitchen. The coffee maker dripped the slowest I’ve ever seen in my life. Lol I think it may need to be decalcified or cleaned or may be replaced. Coffee tasted fine. It just was unbelievably slow. we would definitely stay here again and the property really was beautiful with a nice view. The location is good and has a couple of restaurants nearby and a gas station. It is pretty far from a regular grocery store, so just keep that in mind. Thanks for a great stay!

Large and spacious house, nice neighborhood

This was a winter stay because of a January birthday celebration so we were limited in our use of the property but the home is very nice. There are friendly signs throughout letting you know where household items are located and there’s plenty of what you need for an extended stay. The water pressure was low and maybe because it was winter, hot water was scarce. That was our only complaint so if you choose this property maybe ask beforehand if that can be managed. We enjoyed our stay!

2024 Family Vaca

This property was amazing with so many amenities. The owner has gone out of their way to make sure everything you could need is there. From the pool to fire pit , game room, the nightly visiting Peacock on the front porch. The secret room and all the cookware and dishes you need. Abundantly stocked with towels and linens. Our crew of 14 had such a great time with multiple places to sit, lounge or eat. Excellent location to Krause Springs and a great pizza place almost next door.. We will be back.

Beautiful home! The pool was nice! The master bedroom & front bedroom was experiencing AC problems, but Shelley got someone out to figure out the problem. 2nd night was much better! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Family Vacation

Everything went off without a hitch! The whole family enjoyed every inch of the house. Everything that we needed was there. The communication with the host was great! The kids and adults loved the pool and the game area in the garage! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Property for Entertaining Larger Groups

Wow! I hosted my 30th birthday here this past weekend and it was perfect! Communication and responsiveness from the host was great! There was ample room in all of the entertainment areas for people to sit, eat, and sleep. The property was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed. They thoughtfully labeled drawers and cabinets in the kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms, which made it really easy to find everything. The pool, fire pit, and game areas were clean and a huge hit. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend for entertaining larger groups!

80th Birthday Gathering.

My family and I had a surprise 80th birthday party for my mother. Spending the day celebrating with family, plus providing a place for all that live out of the area to stay, made my mother's special day even more special. Your property is so beautiful and spacious. Everyone raved about how much they loved it. The garage gameroom was a huge hit for all! The kitchen was fabulously equiped. Every room in the house was beautifully decorated. We will recommend your property to anyone that is looking for a nice place for family and friends to stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Family Vacation

Property and house were nice and responsiveness from homeowner was outstanding. When notified of a shortage of beach towels, she immediately provided additional beach towels to accommodate all our guests. With this said, there were several issues with the property to include no instructions on how to operate things like the pool lights and outside grill. Recommend a “user info book” be made available to future guests explaining where to find things and how to operate things like the pool and outside grill. Pool waterfall didn’t work and we were told by property management that a part has been ordered. Upstairs TV in family room didn’t work. Was told by property management to change the batteries to the remote, which did not fix the problem. A/C did not keep the downstairs master bedroom, two (2) guest rooms, and living area cool during the afternoon and evening hours. Inside temp would not go below 78 degrees until morning time. Was told by the property management that the A/C unit was checked and was fine and that the issue was caused by user problem, opening doors too much, and high temperatures! Advised by property management to use fans. Ended up cutting our family reunion stay short by one day due to the discomfort of the A/C issue. Will never rent this property again if it remains under the current property management company.

2023 Summer get away

The house was amazing just like the pictures very clean and well kept. The amount of space that this house had to offer was great. We love the private pool and the bar in grill in the back yard. We originally had 17 people scheduled to go on the trip however, only 12 of us were able to make it. The house had plenty of rooms and space for everyone to have their own privacy and space to do different things throughout the day. We especially loved the large dining which had enough chairs for everyone to eat at the table together. We appreciate that they had extra fans in a few of the bedrooms closets especially in this Texas 3 digit days. A few recommendations: To notify the renters several days prior to arriving about the lake water levels. This is something were looking forward to utilizing however we could not enjoy due to the water levels being so low. Also, The large game room is in the garage and had a lot of different activities for entertainment however it didn’t have any ventilation… this was a huge disappointment for us ….especially when this was a huge factor when selecting a home for us to vacation in. We had to wait until late at night to try to enjoy the game room however it was just extremely to hot in there plus there’s a 10 pm quite time rule. Even if we tried to get up early before it got to hot we couldn’t stay in there to long. Would have been nice to know this before hand, we mostly would of chosen something else. Overall nice house to vacation in!

We just wrapped up our annual family vacation that included 8 adults and 8 children in this beautiful home. The house is very large and very comfortable for our large group. The garage play area is perfect for entertaining kids. Really appreciated the large dining room that accommodated all the adults, and the 2 tables alongside the kitchen that were perfect for the kiddos. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and we were pleased. We had a few things come up that the property manager/owner quickly responded to which was much appreciated. A few recommendations that I would suggest: Inform guests ahead of time if the river nearby is completely dry. We booked this house specifically because it was very close to the river, only to find out that it was completely dry. This isn't a huge deal since the house had a pool, (this is not on the owners) but it would have been helpful to be told beforehand. I suggest a detailed list of items provided and where they're located be provided to guest a week before the stay. Multiple emails had to be sent asking if certain things were provided (toiletries, detergent, we didn't know the house had pool towels until a few days into our stay, where the tv remote charger was, how to turn on the grill outside, etc) Last recommendation: the bunkbed rooms were wonderful to have for the kids - but they don't have blinds and curtains, it would be a great addition to have the same blinds as the other rooms have to avoid kids waking up at sunrise :)

Perfect place for our 4 siblings and families to come together from all over the country, with our parents, to treat our dad to a wonderful weekend celebrating his 80th Birthday! Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.

Amazing patio, pool and backyard scenery

We had 3 generations for our annual family vacation. This house fit every need. We were able to stay for 4 nights and 3 days only leaving to get more groceries. The corn hole bags and air hockey cord were missing but I did let the property manager know. That was the only small “issue” we had. The one thing that would’ve made this house any better would be a hot tub! The memories made here will last a lifetime!!

Great large home

We had a great stay at the house. It was big enough for the whole family. The kids loved the pool and games in the garage. The house had everything we needed for meals. really liked how all the cabinets and drawers were labeled. Made finding things so easy.

Family Reunion

Very comfortable upscale home with excellent sleeping accommodations for our group of 8 seniors. All amenities thoughtfully available in the kitchen. Pool/patio lovely with plenty of seating and grilling/outdoor bar area. 20 minutes to major retail/restaurant area.

The perfect house for a getaway for my mom's 80th Birthday celebration.

We were a group of 13 from 3 sibling families, ranging in age from 13-80. We needed as house that would keep all the teens and young adults happy if the weather was bad, so I looked for a house just like this with a game room and large living area in case we needed to be inside. The weather ended up being beautiful, but we spent most of our time in the house anyway, bc there was soooo much to do! We loved the huge dining table that could fit our entire family (with an extra chair squeezed in), and I loved that the living area was big enougn for us all to be in at one time to toast my mom and to play group games. The patio was perfect for morning coffee, and there was always a little grouping of people playing different games that we brought with us the several different tables the house has.
