Ronda, I'm truly sorry to hear about the water and humidity issues you experienced during your stay. It sounds like you found many positive aspects to our home, but the moisture problem was certainly inconvenient. Your point about honesty and disclosure is valid, as it would have been helpful to be aware of the problem before your stay, if we knew about it. We have had guests all summer and the dehumidifier that is installed to self-drain worked to keep humidity levels at bay so there were no issues. The elevator had a few problems prior to your stay but it was unrelated to any humidity issues (the call button stopped working and another time the stop button was inadvertently pushed in). It was unfortunate timing that the drain pipe for the dehumidifier was inoperable when you arrived as that led to a cascading effect. We have since had the dehumidifier fixed, humidity levels are comfortable and we are looking into some other long-term solutions. It is always an ongoing battle in Florida in the summer to keep humidity levels down. I’m so glad you appreciated the comfortable beds, beautiful decor, spacious balconies, and well-stocked kitchen.
