I can’t say enough about how much I loved this house. It is in a great location in a gated neighborhood on an uncrowded beach. It is spacious and more beautiful than the pictures show with a floor plan that suited our family of 7 perfectly. The kitchen is stocked with everything one could imagine needing on vacation plus more. There are beach chairs, floats, toys and a beach cart. We were visiting during inclement weather, and the hosts checked with us and kept us updated with necessary information. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful house and beautiful location! Everything you need for a nice escape. Short walk to the beach and perfect pool to return back to! The neighbors are also super cute and feed birds every morning which my kids loved to watch on the huge, screened porch. We made dinner almost every night and just sat an enjoyed the view and each others company.

The elevator was a blessing for my mom and husband. However, the walk to get to the beach was quite long and neither one of them were able to walk that far. The home was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware but we did not cook during our stay. There were extreme heat warnings so we were inside during the hottest parts of the day. There was lots of room for our granddaughter to crawl around as long as we kept her away from the stairs.

The gazebo is also helpful if someone needs to rest on the way to the beach especially in the extreme heat, so we understand that completely as it's a couple of minutes walk to the sand. This home is exactly as it is described. The kitchen was adequately furnished. There were games available and plenty of beach toys and chairs and a cart. It was a really wonderful vacation spot. We even saw dolphins our last day as we were watching the sunrise on the beach. The pool has a heater and is very clean and a nice option for days that are too cold for the beach. We highly recommend it.

This house was literally perfect. It was clean, well stocked, the view was amazing, just so good. Carolyn was very accommodating and very responsive. Very very happy with the stay!

Wonderful property

Beautiful home, plenty of space for our party of 8. House was supplied with plenty of cleaning supplies and cooking essentials, which was great since we cooked a lot! And plenty of beach supplies as well! We had an amazing week here with our family!

Beautiful Beach Home

Beautiful beach home with everything we needed for our family and extended family. We loved the location, proximity to beach, and open layout of the living space and kitchen. Would definitely book again!

Nice and Relaxing

The home was very nice and had everything we needed. The check in process was easy and we were very comfortable with the cleanliness of the property. We loved the open layout and all of the porches. The beach was clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. My kids loved the heated pool and the hammock. Great stay!

Great Getaway

The house was beautiful and well laid out! Well stocked kitchen and also pool/beach supplies. We always sleep with a fan and forgot ours, but no worries, there were spare ones provided at the house! Views and porches were also great! Overall wonderful place to stay!

Family fun

We brought our 3 adult children and their significant other and our 14 year old labradoodle and a one year old labradoodle. We love the big den, huge table, comfortable sofas for everyone and the view is panoramic and beautiful!! The pool is sooooo much fun! We love this house!!

Great kid and dog friendly private getaway

We had a wonderful time with private access to the beach which was ideal! The house was kid and dog friendly which was amazing! Super safe with two well secured balconies and the beach walkway for the entire family. We were also very pleased with the second story balcony being completely screened in, this allowed to open the doors during the night. Lastly, the beds were very comfy, this is not always the case so we were very pleased.

Great Time in Cape San Blas

Incredible property with incredible views. House is equipped like a hotel and the attention to detail from the rental group is beyond impressive. We had quite a bit of rain during our stay and spent a fair bit of time in the house, and the fact the house was so well furnished really made the trip. Would give 5 out of 5 stars.

Returning Vacation

We returned on our 2nd trip to the Cape! We came last year and loved it. We were so glad to hear that Cooper's Nest survived Hurricane Michael. We had to come back! Enjoyed our time with family relaxing by the pool and walkjng on the beach.

LOVE this house!

This house was perfect for our family vacation, 6 adults and 1 baby. There was enough space for everyone and the house was very well equipped. The management team was beyond responsive and helpful. We had to deal with a 1 nighr evacuation due to Hurricane Idalia, and they couldn't have been more wonderful and helpful.
