We had a fantastic time on our stay at saddlebrook. The condo was excellent and met all of our needs. We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

For My Trip…I like iTrip!

This was our third consecutive year as iTrip guests at one of their properties in the Saddlebrook golf resort community. As usual, we enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean, was ready when promised and the price was fair. Kim and Charles are excellent hosts.

Wonderful stay at beautiful golf course view

We had a satisfying stay at this property for 2 weeks. We started each day with a cup of coffee while lounging at the back patio overlooking the beautiful green lawn and watch golfers hit their target. The groundkeepers also managed the outside very clean. The location of this rental is in a very quiet gated community which gave us a very peaceful environment and enjoyable.

Golf Grandeur was great

Enjoyed our stay a Golf Grandeur in Saddlebrook Resort. Facility was clean, well equipped, and ideally located for our needs. Will return next year. Thank you Kim.

Enjoyable place

There were a few items that needed to be addressed after we got in the condo, and Kim took care of them immediately. The place is in a great location where we could watch golfers on the course. Nice place but Needs a few updates.

Good time

Great place & stay. Just a few maintenance issues, primarily showers. Master shower very low water pressure. Other shower with broken controls, so difficult to use.

Florida Get A Way

We absolutely enjoyed our month long stay. We enjoyed the patio daily. The furniture is fairly new and quite comfortable. The king size bed was firm which is a must for us. Unit size was accurately depicted in the description. Only complaint we had was there was no ice maker, which was listed in the description, and we would have liked the living room TV to be a little larger. Over all we made a wise choice and would not hesitate to book there again.

No essentials

2rolls to 1 pod for washing 1 pod for dishwasher said we had to buy more if needed haven’t been to an air b b where they didn’t supply essentials

However, as previously communicated, we supply a starter kit to cover the initial needs of our guests. This typically includes basic items such as toiletries and kitchen supplies for the beginning of your stay. We do recommend that guests plan accordingly for any additional items they may require throughout their visit, as our starter kits are intended to get you started comfortably. The physical property was OK, but doesn’t comfortably accommodate as many people as listed. Master bedroom sliding doors don’t actually close and lock, leaving a gap that’s not great for privacy. There were issues with faucets in the kitchen and dishwasher that were reported and promised replaced and then we were ghosted. The resort isn’t great and pools had lots of algae. Couldn’t get towels after asking iTrip for help and being told to check with the pool shop (a kiosk that closed and was unhelpful), resort argued that we wouldn’t be served as the listing promised was included and we verified separately, valet parking was nice to not charge us as a favor, but only said that we should have gotten validated at the bar (I did have 2 drinks…shoutout to a great bartender) but not told to validate and she left for the night. Bathroom fan is clearly broken, kitchen faucet sprays you, counters, and the floor. Dishwasher door is a known issue so the plates aren't actually clean. I washed all plates upon arrival because they were dirty, but the dirty, used sponge was a turnoff. Beds sleep hot and the smaller bed in the 2nd bedroom is more a cot & not what we expected. Not enough silverware or even a cutting board in sight. Upstairs neighbors are residents and moved furniture or stomped until 4am most nights. I’m pretty sure they must work 2nd shift. The area is pretty and quiet in the back of the complex, but it was all disappointing. We left a day early to not be there anymore.
