A Good Choice in Lutz

Furnishings and kitchen supplies were basic but very functional for our needs. Also includes some nice amenities—grill, foosball, pool table and community pool access—that we didn’t use. Community playground nearby. Close to Tampa Premium Outlet Mall and many restaurants. Host communication was excellent.

Birthday in Lutz

The property is very nicely done and in a quiet well kept environment-even though Edward Scissorhands was filmed there 😂 very convenient to USF and Tampa Premium Mall! Always love going to ABC Pizza 🍕 the kitchen was especially nice for the creating and baking of our granddaughters birthday cake!

Great central location

The house was located close to the outlet mall and many other shopping experiences. Great neighborhood with some amazing birds to see. The communal pool just behind the house. We had a most wonderful time! Host was very helpful!

This was our first VRBO. Great home in a quiet neighborhood! The house very clean and the beds were comfortable. Cute porch area with table and gas grill. Nice community pool and the kids loved the pool table in the garage. The host was great!

Perfect Location

A beautiful home in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The host was so kind and helpful. The location could not have been better for restaurants, shopping, excursions and our hockey tournament. Thank you! We'll be back.

Great house

We had a great time here. Loved the pool table and foosball table - made for a lot of fun evenings with my teenage daughter. House is in great shape and great location for north Tampa.

Great stay!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to shopping, food, etc. The home isa spacious inside and very clean and updated. The game room was nice for our teenagers. Many TV’s and all the kitchen appliances we needed. There was plenty of space for sleeping. I highly recommend this property. Great communication with manager as well.

Great place for a quiet stay in a safe neighborhood. No need to bring anything for a weekend stay. Coffee pot provided, keurig with k cups, detergent, paper towels, etc. This place is well stocked. There are no shops in walking distance but plenty within a short drive

Clean Comfortable House Near Activities

As listed the house has large living room and well equipment kitchen. Veronica was responsive to our questions. Well kept and very clean. Located near The Outlet Mall with its numerous restaurants and just a little further to Wire Grass mall with its stores. I-75 is close by which gives you access to other Tampa activities. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect set up very clean

This house was perfect for our family. Adults and kids. We went to Busch gardens and Epperson lagoon and it was close to both of them. The house has everything you would need. Beach chairs, towels, extra blankets, pillows, etc. Very nice sitting area in the living room and a nice back patio. Doesn't have its own pool, but the neighborhood community pool is just in the backyard. Easy walking distance. Less than 2 minutes. The pool table and foosball table was a bonus for our kids. Very convenient to do laundry as well. Very nice house. The beds are a little hard, but we're still comfortable enough to sleep in. Just not what we're used to. Overall A++

Great location and house!

The house was perfect for us! The pool was so close it was awesome we could walk right there! Very big nice pool. We had a great time at the zoo which was only a short drive away. The house was very clean and the game room made it extra fun for everyone!!

Great location!

Overall very much enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room and a super short walk to the community pool. Needs a new master shower head and more than one roll of paper towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people and 5 nights. Plan on booking again!!

Week long stay

Veronica was accommodating and helpful before we even got there. She was very responsive to an questions and checked in regularly to see how things were going. The house was clean and in a great location within the complex close to the pool. We had a great time!

I moved to the Tampa Bay area over 30 years ago. My husband and I both graduated from the University of South Florida with degrees in Engineering and currently work from home. We are a family of five and have traveled to several places throughout the years. We have stayed in hotels for the most part and on some occasions thought of how our stays could have been better. We had the opportunity to become short term rental hosts and we jumped at the opportunity. While I'm the main host, my husband is always ready to help when needed. We both aim for perfection in everything we do, and this is no exception. Our goal is for our guests to have a wonderful/relaxing experience on our rentals.

This house is located in an HOA which means, the owners pretty much need to follow certain rules to keep the neighborhood beautiful and safe. I personally inspect the house before each reservation to make sure everything is ready by the time you check-in.
