Temecula - 17 We do Soccer teams/ dance teams and are amazing for groups! In a beautiful quiet neighborhood, near end of a cul-d-sac.
No DJ / Music equipment, Important! 9pm outdoor quiet hours per City Ordinance, not a "party" house, required by the county and VRBO term of service rules, all homes have this rule in common.
No unauthorized guests ( please state all of your guest, Its 55 per night prior to stay, $90 after. No specialty cashier Checks ,Wire or Western Union for payment , only VRBO payment system ( Credit cards , ATM & Debit only, they have several payment options available) no 3rd party * * Note : SPA fee is per STAY ( 100$) and is required for use of spa. 55 dollar extra guests fee over 5, prior to stay, $90 after for unauthorized or extra guests. If having family stop by please message and we will work with you. Late checkout: after 10am incurs $100 fee per hour, and next reservation value if impending guests reservation is impeded on. Beautiful home! I say home because both inside and out had everything you have or need at your own place on top of being well decorated and cozy. Amazing place to stay at, very clean and well put together. Kim was amazing, attentive and communicative. Love to come back and visit, if ever in the area again.

Big nice house in a calm neighborhood. The kids loved the pool and spa.

Fun Get Away
Beautiful & spacious —there were 8 of us & we were very comfortable. Close to winery, nice neighborhood. We had a wonderful & relaxing time.

Have stayed at this VRBO several times!
Kim is extremely responsive, and the house is perfect for our soccer families to come stay twice a year. We will look forward to continuing to stay here. Amazing backyard with the pool and hot tub and many comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms.

SoCal winter escape
Wonderful property and so well presented / maintained. Close to Lake Elsinore and Perris for our winter break. Hot tub and backyard are absolutely perfect!Great escape from the Pacific Northwest winter!!

Beautifully decorated home with everything you'd need
We stayed at this location for a weekend with a group of friends and it was both the perfect fit for space & mood. It was rich with Fall decorations, and the host was incredibly supportive and friendly. Would highly recommend this location!

I love meeting new people and sharing our wonderful area and all of the experiences that are available here. I love making new friends! We have a great hiking trail nearby & in the right season it blooms all kinds of flowers. We've had people come all over the world to come for the holidays! The neighborhood is quiet and in the backyard there is a relaxing waterfall, if you are really listening you may even hear sweet little humming birds. Kimberlys is a stunning escape for all kinds!

This is a TRULY spectacular home in a quiet beautiful setting, the neighborhood literally has everything you could want, chipotle, Panera, Miguel's Junior, McDonald's, Popeyes, chicken, and many more. We have every Grocery Store you can think of... including a SuperWalmart, Target, car cleaning, and all are less than a few smile(s) away. We are just up the street and around the corner in a quiet, off the path, beautiful neighborhood. There are small, hiking trails, a park with basketball mini gym and playgrounds for kids in the area too!

It's HUGE ( almost a mansion!) BUT it's not underwhelming. It's beautiful and classy and delicately decorated.. it's unlike any other home. Sometimes large homes are left bare. Kimberly's is an established home. Built in 2008 it has everything you could possibly need..
I will tell you that almost every guest I've had has said that the pictures do not do the home justice.
We have ADA access, we are one of the only Home in the area that truly do.. on top of that we allow small (under 15lbs) pets with a fee, and have a truly stunning oversize swim spa AND a brand new patio and couch set for the backyard. The lighting is stunning. Even though we ask that yes keep the quiet hours at 9 PM, we are sure that you will find it a beautiful space to hang out with your family or friends. We've had many beautiful stays, come and give us a try you'll see! We are a favorite of large families. We have a barbecue, fire-table and lantern lights at night, it's quite the stunning touch! Come and see, we love and are honored to have you! Wait! I almost forgot! What makes my property unique is that I AM here to help you anytime! If you see something special that you would like for your next stay, that would help make your life easier maybe a kitchen item or extra kitchen spices? Or something's extra? please let me know. I do take great and creative ideas to heart and mind! Thank you so much for giving us this honor, to consider us your home away from home!
