Great Vacation Stay

This is a very comfortable property with good parking. It has a well appointed kitchen with complimentary coffee. The bedrooms were very spacious and clean and the king sized beds were really comfortable. The hosts have done a great job to make you feel at home and were very easy to communicate with. Our only issue was a leak in the in-sink garburator which we reported to the host right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful

We walked in and instantly felt at home. You can definitely feel how much effort and care was put in by the property manager to make their guests feel welcome and have all the “little things” we need/May have forgotten. Comfy sofa, comfy beds, plenty of seating to relax. I can’t say enough how happy we are with the stay! *Also, all communication with Property mgr was prompt and kind! Thank you!!!

Very nice home

Everything went smooth, enjoyed the home, very nice and clean! Keypad stopped working and messaged the owner and was given access to lockbox for the key. Owner very prompt at responding! I would definitely stay there again when I return!

Excellent location!

It’s so close to the Quarry, small trendy bars and amazing restaurants, minutes to the San Pedro strip, minutes from downtown. Neighbors and businesses nearby were very quiet, which I really appreciated. The house was clean and exactly like listing described.

Nice little place

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for work. This was close to where we needed to be and close to the Quarry for restaurants. Neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, but we never felt unsafe. Unit was very clean and furnishings were nice. Place was updated. Kitchen was well stocked. Over all great place to stay.

Great location, clean and functional

I enjoyed being close to the Pearl District and downtown for evenings out and walking distance to Olmos Park and Olmos Basin for morning walks. The house is very comfortable and functional with everything I needed. I appreciated the Brita water pitcher in the refrigerator (I added a new Brita filter on 5/15) Excellent AC.

2024 Eclipse Visit

Our stay in San Antonio for 5 nights was fantastic. The house was very clean, well appointed and most of all incredibly conveniently located. We could get anywhere in city within 10 minutes. Owner communications were incredible. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here. San Antonio was lovely. Check out The Original Donut Shop for the best breakfast tacos and fresh donuts! (6 minute drive) Our stay was 10 out of 10!

Nice and clean! Great Host

This property is super clean and very spacious. We had a ton of room to spread out. The host was very communicative and nice. The luggage racks were an added bonus that were very much appreciated. It is located next to a car dealer and service shop but we felt safe and never really saw anyone outside. My only complaint would be the bathroom window in the shower. I am just uncomfortable with that because its kind of low like chest height on a 5'10 person. We used towels to cover it the best we could but maybe a curtain or some window film could be added.

Nice place!

Location was at the center of everything we did in San Antonio. Although the neighborhood was a bit beat down, our clean house had everything we needed for our short stay. I will book again next time. Thanks!

Great home base for our time in San Antonio

Check in and out was super easy. Host answered questions promptly. Neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. A/C was reliable in the summer heat. This place met all of our needs.

We'll come back

This place was awesome. It was comfortable, clean, and had all the basics. The bedrooms were so cozy and you could make it really dark if you're having a hangover day. I brought my two dogs they were happy with the yard. Fire pit was fun. He had some stuff for the pit but im glad we brought some quick starting wood. The host responded quickly everytime. The neighborhood felt safe. The river walk was around 10 mins maybe less in a uber. If i had any criticism the ice took a long time to freeze in the trays provided. So just grab a bag of ice on the way there and youll be set. I will try to rent this place again when i swing back through san antonio.

Great Vrbo!!

This Vrbo is just minutes from downtown which is super nice. We stayed 4 nights and never heard a peep from the neighbors or neighborhood. It has a lots of counter top space in the kitchen if that interests you (we ate out every meal). The bathroom has been redone and all is pleasing to the eye. Good shower head pressure. The desk, chair, night stand tables, and luggage racks were all very nice to have (as I've stayed in some Vrbo's that had none of these). Plenty of couch space for the three of us. A/C worked like a champ. The internet was fast. The property owner is super nice and even mailed me my glasses that I accidentally left behind. If I had to find something wrong with the place, it'd be having a little window high up in the shower. But I'm 5'10 and no one could see anything. I know showers sometimes have windows, so it's really not a bad thing. It just caught us off guard. But this Vrbo still gets a solid 5 stars from us. If ever in SA again, we'd stay here again for sure!

San Antonio Visit

This was a great property. It was close to both the Fort Sam Houston and Downtown San Antonio. We were close to all major Highways and were 15 minutes from anywhere.

Nice but....

The property was spotless, nicely furnished and provided all the necessities. It looked like it was recently remodeled. There were only two draw backs. The duplex is located next door to what looks like a car junk yard in a low rent neighborhood. Secondly, there weren't any dressers or shelves so unpacking wasn't possible except for hanging clothes. I don't like living out of a suitcase for more than a day or two.
