We loved this location to enjoy Sandestin resort. Lovely views and great host responsiveness. The only problem is we needed more time to do all the fun things nearby! My husband caught a huge bass in the backyard. Great for bird lovers too.
Catch and release fishing right out the back door!

Lake view and fishing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was beautiful and clean. It was great having the lake behind the property as our family loves to fish, and they caught plenty of fish! The wharf was in close walking distance or short ride in the golf cart. Beaches were a bit crowded but late afternoons and evenings at the beach were relaxing. We also loved that this property was next door to the pool! Overall a great trip!
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 3 jul. 2024
Thank you for sharing your experience! It sounds like you made the most of the nearby amenities like the wharf and pool and found relaxation during quieter times at the beach. We look forward to welcoming you back for another great trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this property. When arriving, everything was as advertised. Most importantly it was very clean and ready for us. Having a total of 6 people in our group, my only suggestion would be a 6-person golf cart. But that has nothing to do with the property and it was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great experience. Great location, close to everything. It was a blast. One complaint, the bedrooms need new mattresses. They were very uncomfortable. The bunk beds were great for the kids, but the other two beds were pretty bad. But other than that, great place!
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 10 jul. 2024
Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the great location and had a blast. We appreciate your input regarding the mattresses and will look into updating them to improve the comfort of our bedrooms.
