Wonderful! Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The master bed mattress and pillows get two thumbs up! Felt like home away from home. And Dave is a thoughtful and very responsive host. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here and will be back! The owner was amazing to work with, and the unit was so clean and comfortable. The location was right in The Village and having the golf cart made it easy for us to move around the resort. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We had the best weeks stay here with our kiddos! The space was by far one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Location is unbeatable if you’re looking to be in Baytown wharf. We will definitely be back! The only thing I wish I did differently was to reserve the golf cart as well, it would’ve made it that much more fun for us and the kids. The host also had detailed explanations for finding the condo and parking (this can be confusing without, so we are thankful for that!!).

Condo was exactly like the pictures showed. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. Condo was close to everything. Lots of restaurants, shopping, the beach and pool. We had an amazing time and I would 100% stay here again.

We recently spent a wonderful week at Dave's home in Baytowne Wharf, and it was absolutely perfect for our family of three. The home was cozy, charming, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed to feel right at home during our stay.Dave was an exceptional host—friendly, attentive, and always available if we had questions. He provided clear information and thoughtful details that made our stay stress-free from start to finish.The location was fantastic, with easy access to everything Baytowne Wharf has to offer. One of our favorite perks was the golf cart—it was a total game changer and made getting around so convenient and fun. We also appreciated the valet staff, who were incredibly attentive and helpful, especially when it came to parking and navigating the area. If we weren't sure where to go or where to park, they were always available with a friendly attitude and helpful guidance.My husband, our teen, and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here and couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental. We highly recommend Dave's property and are already looking forward to returning for future visits!

We couldn’t have asked for a better condo for our family of 3. Easy access, super clean, and perfect amenities. The golf cart was a plus! Dave is wonderful and takes pride in this place, and it shows!

Sun & Fun in the Village

This is the perfect 'beach' location with tons of food choices, shopping, golf, tennis (or pickle ball), a grocery store, putt putt & ofcourse the actual beach all within a short walk or ride on a golf car!

This is a must stay!!

Dave gave incredibly detailed information about everything we needed to know, which I greatly appreciated. The condo was beautiful and clean! Location was very convenient and we had no trouble with noise. Beach is very close and easy to access. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit:)

Wonderful property!

Highly recommend this unit. It was very clean, and had everything as presented. Owner/manager communicated very well. Have been coming to Sandestin area for 25 years, this was one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in to date.

Wonderful stay!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 kids June 2024. The location is great, centrally located in the Sandestin complex. We LOVED the golf cart and being able to ride around to different parts of the property. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and had everything we needed at the property. 10/10, will return!
