Baytowne Condo

The condo was in the perfect location and just as pictured. Baytowne Wharf was steps away with endless amounts of entertainment. Dave was very responsive with any concerns, will definitely recommend to anyone.

Wonderful property!

Highly recommend this unit. It was very clean, and had everything as presented. Owner/manager communicated very well. Have been coming to Sandestin area for 25 years, this was one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in to date.

Beach get away

The property was perfect for my wife and I to relax but also be in an easy access area for some good food and entertainment. Having the beach a golf cart ride away as well as many golf courses within a 5 minute cart ride was fantastic. Dave was easy to work with and Cary communicative going into and during our stay. Definitely will be back.

So peaceful, great location. Unit was extremely clean and I’m very picky! Unit was also close to the elevator which was so helpful when juggling all our luggage plus a baby. Balcony was perfect to sit out on and have coffee in the mornings. Golf cart was an awesome perk to have and got us back and forth to beach access in a jiffy. Unit was equipped with everything needed for the beach. Host was very responsive and detailed. He even let us extend our trip by a day last minute and let us do an early check in when we arrived. This is everything we wanted in our first trip as a family and this property and host exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!! 10/10, no doubt!

Wonderful stay!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 kids June 2024. The location is great, centrally located in the Sandestin complex. We LOVED the golf cart and being able to ride around to different parts of the property. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and had everything we needed at the property. 10/10, will return!

Great way to experience Sandestin

Very clean property that is convenient and quiet. The property owner’s communication is great so the check-in process, daily activities, amenities and overall stay is easy and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway!

We couldn’t have asked for a better condo for our family of 3. Easy access, super clean, and perfect amenities. The golf cart was a plus! Dave is wonderful and takes pride in this place, and it shows!

Sun & Fun in the Village

This is the perfect 'beach' location with tons of food choices, shopping, golf, tennis (or pickle ball), a grocery store, putt putt & ofcourse the actual beach all within a short walk or ride on a golf car!

Great Place!

We came over for a relaxing long weekend The condo was convenient to shopping and the beach. Clean and very nicely appointed. The host was very accessible. Highly recommend paying the extra for the gold cart use. Will definitely stay again!

This is a must stay!!

Dave gave incredibly detailed information about everything we needed to know, which I greatly appreciated. The condo was beautiful and clean! Location was very convenient and we had no trouble with noise. Beach is very close and easy to access. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit:)

Family Weekend Getaway

We came to this area and Baytowne Wharf for the first time, to celebrate our sons 13th birthday. The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Dave was easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay and the detailed instructions provided for every aspect of our stay were super helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

The condo was perfect! Exactly as promised. I appreciated the cleanliness and modern decor. Definitely rent the gold cart!!! Dave was a wonderful host, even checking in with us on the first day.

Very nice condo

The owner was very responsive to questions. If I had read the instructions more closely that were provided before our stay, I wouldn’t have had any questions. The condo was well stocked , very clean and close to all the activities.

The PERFECT Family Getaway! 10/10

The best Mother’s Day gift I have ever received was a week in the sun with our babies at this beautiful condo! Thanks for the wonderful week of memories made, everything exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect for all things our kids enjoy and Dave was a fabulous host, ensuring everything went smoothly for us from start to end. We will definitely be back. Not renting a car and enjoying the golf cart rides everywhere really made for a relaxing and fun family vacation. Thanks again!!

The owner was great to work with. He made check in very easy. We were a little unhappy with the cleanliness of the condo but we the owner made it right immediately. We would definitely stay at this condo again. It was a pleasure working with the owner directly.observation point south

Nice place

Nice place, golf cart is handy. Had a good time - you will be micro-managed through your stay (expect some over communication) and make sure you follow the many, many rules. Some people are OK with that, I found it a bit overbearing but that is just me. Aside from that it is hard to go wrong staying in Baytowne and this unit is nicely appointed and convenient to all the stuff around. Would stay again.

The condo was everything we could have hoped for, it is larger than the pictures made it look. Comfortable bed and nice living arrangement. Cooked most of our own food, but there are some good restaurants close by for the occasional treat. Rented the golf cart, which is a must. Lots of places to look around in Baytown and the cart will get you to the Beach, shopping, a movie or the store in style. Would stay here again !

Everything we could hope for!

Our trip was amazing! The location is perfect for a family with small children. The golf cart was a perfect touch to our stay. We were able to zip to the grocery store on the golf cart without getting into any rush hour traffic. We could take the golf cart to the beach without waits or parking issues. The surrounding dining areas are versatile and very friendly. Dave was easy to communicate with and got back to me quickly. We hope to be back next summer!

Looking for a perfect condo in Sandestin? You just found it.

I genuinely couldn't rate our experience at Baytowne Condo highly enough. From start to finish it was absolutely flawless. It is exactly as advertised with lots of thoughtful details and touches. The owner, Dave, is fantastic and dealing with him was a pleasure. The condo itself is extremely well equipped (far better than other apartments we've stayed in) and in a fantastic location. We so enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again in the future.

Comfortable Condo

We enjoyed this lovely coastal condo for a week during the busy month of July. We loved the spacious, very clean condo with good internet connection. The condo is situated near shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. We enjoyed exploring different beach options everyday nearby. Our favorite being Henderson State Beach Park. Fun to rent the golf cart to go to the movies and shopping nearby. Excellent communication with owner before and during our stay. Happy to have covered parking for our rental car in a designated area.
