Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Melissa’s house. House was extremely clean, spacious, checkin easy and communication back/forth with Melissa very prompt. We can’t wait to visit again!

Family Reunion

We were in town for a family reunion. My husband and I and our three children and their spouses and significant others very much enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and clean, and the grounds were beautiful. We recommended this property!

Great spot for a girls weekend

We love this property! It was a perfect spot for a girls weekend to catch up with old friends. Gorgeous views. House was clean and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. It’s about 8-10 min from town/Manlius.

Family Reunion

We had a great stay. House was very clean, like new, and had all the amenities necessary to make us feel very at home. Beautiful scenic views of surrounding farm land. The barn adjacent to the house would be perfect for a wedding.Overall very happy experience.

This farmhouse was amazing! We had my mom’s 90th get together in Syracuse and we rented this home. Melissa is an attentive host who not only has excellent communication skills but it also pours over into her thoughtful decor. The farmhouse was impeccable, beds were comfortable - everyone kept saying this place is so peaceful. If you have the opportunity to stay here - treasure it, respect it, enjoy it. You will not be disappointed .

We chose this home for our large (adult) family attending a wedding in the Fayetteville, NY area over the Labor Day weekend holiday. It was a great choice. The home is lovely, with tons of room, great sleeping arrangements and it is located in a beautiful setting. Melissa, the owner, was always prompt in her communications. Lovely House in Beautiful Location

House is beautiful and as pictured. Plenty of room for a large family and loved that many of the rooms had two beds- great for teens and kids! Very clean, simple, and surroundings are truly gorgeous. October is a great time to visit with the foliage and crisp air! Also easy to get into the beautiful village of Cazenovia. Easy 40 minute commute to Colgate University.

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed ourselves in our quick get away for our daughter's graduation from SU. Not too far from the city and allowed the family to stay together for the weekend. The place was clean and spacious. Plenty of beds and bathroom space for the family. My only suggestion would be shades or blinds for the downstairs windows and doors. It is very dark at night and being able to close the shades would have been nice. Other than that,... 5 stars!

Beautiful Home!

Amazing home to accommodate a group of friends with different family structures. All the rooms and home was neat and accommodating. We appreciated the layout of the kitchen and living room. Wide open space. It was great for kids. Outside was beautiful and with the picnic table perfect to have meals outside. Also we appreciated the room setup to accommodate the various families we had in our group and for couples and single individuals . Melissa was a responsive host. We really loved the home!

We have family in Central NY, near Fayetteville, and we stayed at this beautiful farmhouse for a second time for a family reunion over the 4th of July weekend. Last year we stayed there with our large family and married adult children for a wedding weekend.Both times the home was perfect for us. The large table for meals, the generous sized kitchen, the huge open family room and a more separate and intimate living room with TV were all great. This time we used the expansive outdoor flat lawn for a vigorous game of Ultimate Frisbee. Thanks so much, Melissa, for being such a great host.Bill C.Woodstock, MD

Lovely farm house with lots of natural light and plenty of space - all bedrooms are large, as is the common area, and the grounds are serene and beautiful. Included washer/dryer and dishwasher make longer stays convenient.
