The Lana is a beautiful and spacious house ready to accommodate a gathering of families, friends or other groups. This large spacing house will offer all the comforts needed for our guests.

- 18 mins drive to Cannon Mt Ski
- 30 mins drive to Loon Mt Ski
- Many trails are within 20 mins drive
Your family will be close to everything you need when you stay at this home, and locates just steps away from Main St community of Littleton.
- Guests have full access to the property - interior, back deck and yards.
- 5 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Everyone stays comfortably.
- Over 3,000 sqft for you and your families.
- Wireless internet throughout the house.
- Steps from Main St of Littleton, NH.
- Park on the property, and enjoy the town without traffic.
- Large yard with hammock and fire pit.
- Fenced year for pet to run at.
- Dedicated child room.
- 1 high chair and 1 pack & play.
- Major White Mountains activities within 30 minutes drive.

Yes, we do have a pet fee of $150 per stay. We allow up to 2 pets per reservation.
Please bring your pet outside for potty, and pick up the waste afterwards.

There is an extra guest fee for party of more than 6 persons, all guests and visitors need to be registered. If there is any unauthorized guests that are not on the original reservation, there will be a $500 fine, and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please respect this rule and our neighbors.

Smoking inside the property is absolute prohibited. If smoking outside the property, please stay away from the property at least 6 feet, and clean up the cigarette butts. If there is smell or cigarette butts leftovers, we will charge additional $300 for deep cleaning

Please note that if there is any damage to the property caused during your stay, you will be charged for it afterward.
