This was a great spot for our family. We traveled from out of state with our 16 month old and Wendy was super accommodating. The property honestly looked better in person than the pictures! It was a very comfortable stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Wendy’s home was beautiful, private, and restful. It was spacious and very comfortable.Our only issue was our forgetting to print out the directions and entrance code prior to arrival. We lost internet connection and had to travel out a bit to reconnect. Plan ahead!

Our host has great communication and made us feel like we were at home, kitchen was very well stocked and organized, home is very clean and welcoming with stunning views of the backyard.

Perfect for our group of 5! Plenty of beds - not bunks - for everyone to get a good night's sleep! We like cooking in and sharing good food - kitchen layout is great for everyone to "do their thing". Hoping it will be available next year for our same, 25 year old tradition! Thank you Wendy!

Great stay!

Thank you for a great stay. The comfortable house and cozy, well stocked kitchen in a peaceful setting worked perfectly for our group of adults and teens.

We didn’t spend much time at the house, but it’s a great location as base camp for lots of activity. The house had everything we need and Wendy was very helpful.

Great stay close to the wire mountains

Lovely place close to everything! The outside area of the house was perfect for relaxation after exploring the mountains. We had a great time!

The house and the weekend were fantastic. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. We had 10 people and it was perfect. Will definitely stay again next time we need a rental on Sugar Hill. Thanks Wendy!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this beautiful mountain home. Wendy was more than accommodating, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our arrival. The house itself was spacious, clean, and provided the perfect setting for our family to come together and relax. From the cozy atmosphere to the stunning surroundings, everything was just right. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and we can’t thank Wendy enough for being such a phenomenal host!

Perfect Vacation

The property was beautiful and we cannot wait to come back to visit and continue to explore the area. Very accessible to Sugar Hill, Franconia, Littleton, and Bethlehem. Our three generations of family members had a great time.

Pleasant, comfortable, and peaceful setting

Private peaceful yard and home. Off beaten path but close to area shopping, attractions, and hikes. Loved the windows across the back that overlook the yard. Great place to relax.

Excellent House on Sugar HIll

Loved Wendy's house. Perfect location on Sugar Hill. Close to Cannon for Skiing. House has great bedrooms with cozy bedding. This kitchen is well stocked as well. Definitely going to rent this property again.

Great for a small group

The house is located right near Franconia and all the amenities you need, and access to beautiful hiking trails and fun breweries. Huge kitchen! Very good for cooking.

perfect for our family get-together

This property was just wonderful. We really appreciated the yard space and we used the campfire which had kindling and firewood all ready to use. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this to others.

Great home

We were staying in the area for our son’s wedding. The house itself and the location were perfect. We were all very comfortable and it was so helpful to have a big house to support our needs for the wedding. Wendy was easy to work with.
