This home is located walking distance to downtown, a fitness park and river access. The backyard is surrounded by woods. If you are interested in Stand Up Paddle boarding on the Wisconsin River that is also a possibility, make arrangements. Riverwood Retreat is centrally located to 10 golf courses within 20 miles. The Riverview Hospital is .5 miles away. The curling club and hockey rink are 2 miles away. Every season has a reason for a visit.

The house is really nice and on a quite street that is perfectly located with close access to downtown. Would highly recommend this property.

We loved the neighborhood and surrounding area. Property manager responded to our questions quickly. Loved our first visit to Wisconsin.

Weekend up North for Friend's Wedding

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The place was huge and spotless. There was also plenty of room outside (though we did not get to use it). We felt very welcomed by Kerry & Kim. Super easy check-in process and great communication from them. We highly recommend staying here!

Super clean and great location

This property is right in town yet you feel like you are staying in a quiet suburb. We have stayed at a lot of short term rentals and this place was extremely clean and decorated very cute. King bed in master is very comfortable which is always a huge plus in my book.

This house was very clean and well kept. Almost like being the county but it is in town close to everything we needed. Would Definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

Great Vacation Rental

Our family of 4 spent 3 nights and everything was perfect. House was in a great location close to everything but still very quiet. King size bed in the primary bedroom was very comfy. Very clean house, good attention to detail.

Perfect get away

We were in Wisconsin to attend the state water ski show competition. The house was perfect and close by and provided everything plus, even a game room for children and nice yard. We were so pleased with this rental.

We were so impressed and so comfortable!!!! Loved that there was no carpet. Comfortable beds and living areas. Lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Would highly recommend to all.

WI Rapids Road Trip

The place was very nice. Construction going on in bathroom but all sawdust and stuff cleaned up spotlessly. If it wasnt down to the bare wood you would not have know. KUDOS to the construction crew. The rest of the house very nice. The master bedroom bed is quite tall so if you are short like I am a step stool would be handy to get into the bed. Be careful driving down the road at night. Watch for deer. Otherwise. Very nice and I would recommend. to get into bed would be nice

Beautiful, spacious and convenient

Beautiful home with plenty of space for family to come over and visit. Well equipped with everything you need for a short visit. The location is very convenient for getting anywhere quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay here again when we are in the area.

I have been a life long resident of Wisconsin Rapids and have grown up in this neighborhood.

While Wisconsin Rapids and the world is constantly changing, this little neighborhood seems to stay the same. It is near things that originally attracted people to this area: Water, nature, and endless recreation opportunities. This property is located very close to our home. I thought that the close proximity to our residence would allow for ease of management.
This home is unique. It has what used to be an indoor green house. This creates lots of natural light. There are several areas in the house where you can sit, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee while observing the birds and wildlife or watch the snow falling.

Location, Location, Location! The Wisconsin River and walking/biking trails are very near by, just 1/4 mile away. Rental bikes are located at the end of the lane, just under the bridge. A Stand Up Paddleboard business is across the street. Make arrangements with SUP the Rapids LLC to tour the Wisconsin River. The back yard joins a conservancy. Enjoy a fall or winter walk through the woods and observe one of the virgin timber stands that still remain in the state.
