This place was perfect. It’s the perfect size for a a group gathering & we loved the outside area with the fire pit. Very clean & the host was very quick to respond to messages. I would definitely recommend this place & we will be back!

Hosts were awesome! Very communicative and accommodating when we had to make some changes. The property was also super beautiful. It felt very isolated in the best way possible and had great access to Sand Valley. Strongly recommend for any buddies trip!

This cabin was the perfect place for our group, for Lake Arrowheads annual Snow Blast. It was very clean, well equipped and super cozy. The host was also easy to communicate with concerning any questions. We would love to return next year.

We had a great stay at the cabin for a few days at Sand Valley. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway—clean, comfortable, and plenty of space to relax. Would definitely come back!

Fire pit was great, sleeping accommodations were good with 4 separate bedrooms for our group.

Was a great trip

The cabin was very nice to stay at, weather was great so we got to enjoy their great yard/ fire pit area. Inside the cabin was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Great location near Lake Arrowhead

The house was great and worked well for us. Great location. Remote enough to be very quiet but still close to the golf courses, restaurants, etc.

Everything was great. House was well stocked and had everything you could need. Communication with owner was excellent. Highly recommend. Saw a herd of deer while having morning coffee!!

Amazing weekend

Me and a few friends enjoyed new years weekend at this location. Nice an clean place with an very well equipped kitchen. We enjoied morning walks and funny game evenings. The owner is a great person. We were able to check in 2 hours earlier which we really appreciated. Thank you April.

Guys weekend

Just an overall great time. Plenty of room to play cards, dice, or sit around the fire. Neighborhood was very quiet, at least in the evening when we were around. Not sure what its like during the day because we were not around then. Would defiantly book again.

Smaller than anticipated as shown in pictures. Not handicapped accessible in showers. Had to search for light blankets for beds, grill not cleaned otherwise enjoyed our stay there.

Family Gathering

This place was really nice and April was very responsive to our needs. The house was spacious enuf for 8 adults to have room. The yard was private and nice to have the firepit relatively close to the house. We have a family member that has some mobility issues so it was nice to have decent pathway to the firepit and not have to negotiate the lawn. We used the Arrowhead Association to use one of the pools and it was so nice and easy. I would definitely recommend this place.

Where do i start? Beautiful cabin, nice quiet neighborhood, very clean, and very accommodating. Right from the start April was very responsive and made me comfortable booking my stay. I had one question when i got there and she answered immediately. We had 6 people there on a fishing trip and everyone not only enjoyed it but recommends going back.
