Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We'd be happy to welcome you back!

Thank you, Carol! We’re so glad you and your family had a great stay. Guests consistently mention how clean, spacious, and comfortable the home is — perfect for both families and groups gathering in Tucson. Many of our guests have shared 10/10 reviews highlighting the great location, well-equipped kitchen, and relaxing outdoor space. Thank you again for choosing our home for your stay, Carol! We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for the feedback, and we're genuinely sorry the hot water fell short during your stay. You're right that it wasn't resolved quickly enough — we ended up replacing the water heater entirely, so it's fully fixed now and future guests won't run into what you did. We wish we'd gotten there faster while you were still here, and we're sorry it affected your trip. You're also right about the grill, and we apologize — we clean it after every stay, and it's clear we missed it before your arrival. That's on us. For what it's worth, there's a fire extinguisher kept right by the grill for safety, but a dirty grill should never have been the reason you needed to think about it. We've flagged it with our team so it doesn't happen again. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know — it genuinely helps us do better. If you're ever back in the area, we'd welcome the chance to host you properly. Warmly, The Fig & Toast Team
