Completely renovated and tastefully designed, you'll feel like you're at a model home on a private resort. No detail was missed in our sprawling home just 10 minutes to the London Bridge. As impressive as the inside is, the outside is just as amazing with a large pool, attached spa and outdoor dining for the dinners al fresca after a day on the lake. We love even just spending the day by the pool and nights in the jacuzzi catching up with friends. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
LIVING SPACE:
>Kitchen - full equipped, spacious, dining table seating for 8, barstools (2)
>Living Room - Smart TV (login to own streaming app), large sectional that converts to a queen size bed, 2 chairs that each convert to twin beds
>Laundry - washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:
>Master Bedroom - king bed, Smart TV, direct access to patio
>Master Bathroom - double vanity sink with walk in shower
>Bedroom 2 - queen bed with direct patio access
>Bathroom 2 - toilet, shower
>Bedroom 3 - queen bed with private bathroom
*Additional: Queen air mattress
OUTDOOR SPACE:
>Heatable (see below for details) pool and spa
>BBQ
>Outdoor dinning area and lounge chairs
EXTERIOR:
>3-car garage (Please request prior to arrival if need access)

Guests will have access to the entire home. The garage is not accessible unless prior discussed.

We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

POOL HEATING
>$150/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in booking amount
>If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $15/day for spa heating
>If the stay exceeds 30 days the pool and spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what is charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file)

>$10 service charge added to shipping cost

>Sorry, pets are not allowed at this home

Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
