Guest access
You will have access to the entire house. Keyless check-in with digital lock.

* Minimum Age to book is 25 years

* Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 10 am.

* Quiet Hours: 10pm–6am. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for parties and events.

* Security Cameras on premises — Front yard camera, Garage Camera, and Doorbell Camera.

* Property has a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does not record actual sounds or conversations; it only monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

* The gas for living room fireplace has been capped off because of safety reasons

SWIMMING POOL RULES
--> Pool is NOT heated
--> Pool is not gated or fenced
--> Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
--> Supervise children wherever they could find water. Children can drown in as little as an inch of water.
--> No one should swim alone — this includes adults.
--> Designate an adult to be responsible for watching children in the pool during gatherings and rotate shifts. Have them wear a special shirt, hat, or badge so others know not to interrupt this person while on duty.
---> No food, drinks, or glass inside the pool.
---> No running, pushing, or dangerous horseplay around the pool.

Also note:

* A pool technician comes once a week to clean the pool and check chemical levels.

* Pest control service comes once a month to spray the surrounding areas.

* Yard maintenance and garbage collection service come once a week.
They will not interrupt your stay but may be on the grounds for about 30 minutes during the week for routine maintenance.

* Agree to House Rules: Confirming a reservation indicates that the house rules have been read and acknowledged.
