Excellent stay

Overall it was an excellent stay. Nice area, comfortable beds and nice space. Plenty of towels and very clean space. Love the hot tubs and pools, and being able to watch the sunrises right from our patio!

Great view of Myrtle Beach

Great location in Myrtle Beach. Loved having out dog with us. Lovely areas to walk him. Convenient parking right across the street. Loved the layout of our place because it seemed bigger and had windows to two sides. We would definitely stay here again!

Just as advertised

Came down for my son’s baseball team and stayed here by myself. It was just as advertised and just right for me staying by myself. There was a pull out couch and drop down bed if more people needed to stay. Walkable distance to numerous restaurants and just a 5 min drive to the Boardwalk.

Fair deal

The accommodations were a bit tight but good for the price. Arrival was challenging as there is not sufficient space in front of the building resulting in cars lining up in the street. Arriving late helps with the crush. Five hot tubs on site but only three were working. The lazy river was extremely small and shallow. There were more than enough nice lounge chairs located in the pool area. The hammocks were a nice touch. The short walk to the beach was a blessing. Parking across the street in the parking deck was fine. I would definitely go again.

Condo needs series updating. Ocean view perfect

Location of the property was great. The parking deck is absolutely to tight of courters to safely park you car Can’t into the spaces or even make the turns up and down the ramps without back and forth two to three times. The condo needs new paint on ceiling. New shower head in the shower update table and chairs both dining and in bedroom and a key pad entry that locks on the first try. Two weeks and it took two to three try’s to get it locked. Central heat and air would be nice as would hot water nearer by. Took too long for water to heat up. Loved the ocean view and the second balcony over looking the city.

shows alot of wear

We had to depart early after paying for 2 months. We barely made it 1 month. The unit is worn, the dining table in the picture is not correct. The front door whiseling all night when windy, very breezie, the unit needed a new shower head, a cable replacement in the bedroom. One receptigle in living room did not work. Paint was peeling around the woodwork on the floor. Did I mention we got roachs from the ajoining unit because they were doing construction. It was a ruff month for 2 old snow birds.
