Beach & golf! Perfect location for all activities

The condo is in Magnolia North located in the Myrtlewood Golf Resort area. It is a light sunny, beach theme, cozy yet modern - 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom, located on the first floor for incredibly easy access.
No expense spared remodeling this beautiful place. Contactless check-in is also a nice bonus as we have a keypad lock on the front door.
We have amazing mattresses (we travel a lot and know how important a good night sleep is) All smart TVs, comfortable patio set on an oversized, private and screened-in patio, to enjoy a nice beverage after a fun day on vacation. Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. We have you covered with beach towels, cooler and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and dog-friendly, with excellent walking paths and or biking and it is centrally located to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach, the MB Convention Center, Shopping, Water parks, Top Golf, Dog park... you name it!
My husband and I love the beach on 38th Ave (5 minute drive) and for our golf lovers, as mentioned, the property is located on two golf courses; Pine Hills and Palmetto, we walk there all the time. The dog park is also within walking distance and the grounds are very pet friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend their accomodations. Great location that is close to everything. We will definitely return.

Property was clean, well laid out and welcoming to pets. Only issue was the ceiling not very sound proofed to help eliminate the loud steps of people above.

Great rental property

Very clean and comfortable, exactly as advertised. Great location for our needs. Owners are extremely responsive. Would recommend this property and we would stay again !

Perfect location. Close to pool and golf course. Short drive to the beach, mini golf and good restaurants. Very convenient for our 12 year old dog that has trouble with stairs. Condo was clean and appropriately stocked. Owners are very responsive and helpful! Would stay at their properties again!

Perfect in everyway!

From a hand written welcome note to the chip clups and my favorite coffee Pam and David thought of everything. This condo was beyond my expectations. We will definitely stay again.

2024 Dance Comp

Great condo and complex for us and our daughter. We were in town for her dance competition and the condo was conveniently located to the convention center. We also enjoyed morning swims in the pool before heading off for the day. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone heading to Myrtle Beach.

Cozy place great location

We loved our stay at Pamela’s condo! It was in the perfect location! We loved that it was on the first floor and right next to the pool. Nice condo complex! Only reason for the 4 stars on the cleanliness of the property as we had some issues with these big cockroach looking bugs. Not sure exactly what they were but from the first night and through out our stay we noticed some. Other than that the place was clean, cozy, and perfect just as described!

Thank you for the review Heather. The bugs you are referring to are known in these parts as Palmetto bugs. They are very common in first floor dwellings and are harmless. Thank you for the kind response on our property! We work hard at keeping it updated and clean!

No detail was left untouched. Very comfortable, clean, and perfect condo to stay in. We’ve been to many rentals in MB and this one was our absolute favorite. Beds are comfortable, seating in living room, back porch are very comfortable. The owners have available everything from dishwashing detergent, to pool towels, to laundry pods, and a bag of ice. Very impressed. The owners were quick to respond and very kind. Hope to stay here in the future.

Great location and clean!

Great place to stay for a quick visit. I removed a star because I was expecting to hear something from the owners a day or two before and when I didn’t hear from them, I wanted to confirm we were good to go since it was less than 18 hours before we checked in. They didn’t answer the text so I tried to call and did not have any luck. I had to call VRBO to reach out to them for them to message me back. Usually owners reach out 2-3 days before, so it made me nervous. Other than that, it was great. First floor is great especially with a screened in patio.

The property is nicely located and well appointed however there was an issue impacting air quality in the home. We worked with VRBO and the Host who had another unit available and permitted us to move. The second unit was superior to the first and had no air quality issues. The host was highly responsive and extremely accommodating. Additionally, there was an issue with the VRBO contracting process. I selected that I was traveling with my dog and searched specifically for a pet-friendly rental, I noted that VRBO provided options that were, and some were NOT, pet-friendly. In completing the rental agreement process, I selected the pet related information the system provided and noted there was no pet fee added to the reservation. This lead me to believe the fee was included in the rental cost. However, after arrival the host noted we had a dog and stated there was a per day fee required. We paid the additional fees immediately but we were very uncomfortable that this oversight had occurred and glad we had the extra funds to cover the fee.

Yes, we moved you to another property the following day, as we have five other properties in the area. When guests indicate they are traveling with a pet during their initial search, the platform automatically displays all pet-friendly properties. You selected our first property, which is a beautiful condo with many amenities. Our listing clearly outlines the pet fees, and all charges are displayed by the platform before payment is completed. Unfortunately, some guests choose to uncheck that they are bringing a pet in an attempt to avoid the pet fees. For that reason, our listing clearly states the pet charges, our house rules, and the presence of the Ring camera. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay at the alternate property, and we were also happy to return the items you left behind by delivering them to you the very next day.
