Outdoor Features
*Exclusively private access to a custom new 40' x 16' in-ground swimming pool. The new custom pool is conveniently located directly adjacent to the home. The pool is privately used by only the Three Timbers homes: Pine Hollow, Mountain Haven & Winters Haven. It is adjacent to, and easily accessible via a short walk from each home.
* Expansive partially covered deck just off the great room—ideal for coffee, sunsets, and stargazing
* Hot tub for relaxing after hiking, brewery runs, or Biltmore days
* Private pond (fun for feeding fish and enjoying the scenery)
* Fire pit area for s'mores and evening stories under the stars
* Mountain community setting at approximately 2,500' elevation
* Guests also have access to the Edenderry Pond, a shared community amenity featuring a small beach area, dock, and community fire pit—a great spot to relax and enjoy the mountain setting. Catch-and-release fishing is welcome, and swimming is permitted at your own risk.

Pool Details
* The swimming pool is open 9am - 9pm in pool season.
* ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Heating is available upon request for $100/day if the average forecasted air temperatures are above 55°F during your stay, and per the “Pool Availability” calendar below.

Pool Availability
May 1 – September 3
* The pool is open and may be heated (target water temp: 81°F) for an additional charge of $100/day. [Please note: actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and may not always reach the set temperature during these months.]

April & October (Shoulder months)
* The pool remains open but is not heated by default. [You may still purchase the $100/day heating option, but that does not guarantee any level of heating or temperature.]

November 1 – March 31
* ​The pool is closed for the season. ​​​​​​​[NO swimming.]

Cleaning Fee & Clean Guarantee

Check-In / Check-Out
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We're happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can't be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Pet Policy
Dog-friendly home! Up to two dogs are welcome with a $130 non-refundable pet fee.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Military Discount
We proudly offer a 5% discount to active duty military members and veterans. Proper documentation is required. Reach out to our Guest Experience Team for details.

Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
This includes:
* A clear photo of a government-issued ID
* A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID (must match the reservation name)
* A photo showing the last 4 digits of the payment method in the primary guest's name
Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
