Awesome house with so much room, a great view, and a ton of amenities. Our group of friends really enjoyed ourselves.

Host was great. Accommodated a change in schedule due to an ice storm that was set to hit us. The home has a lot of amenities, however one of the two jacuzzis wasn’t working while we were there. Management company was responsive and so was the owner. Some rooms cold and some hot made it difficult to regulate the inside but the amount of ammenities allowed us to not harp on it. Overall good experience but I think they are still improving so wonder what it will be like in a couple of years. Would recommend for large parties.

Incredible house - pictures don’t do it justice. Everything worked great and the house was clean. Michael was very responsive. There is a very small stretch of the road up to the house that is unpaved and we had some issues getting smaller vehicles up, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Overall, well worth it for the beautiful views and quietness at the top of the mountain!

Thanks for the heads-up about that short unpaved stretch; it can be tricky for smaller cars, so we’ll make sure future guests get a heads-up and a few tips for getting up the hill. Great weekend getaway for extended family. Things to do for all ages groups. Multiple areas inside and out to relax together.Only two issues. One was the kitchen. Large by normal standards but undersized for a home with this many bedrooms.Second issue was initial communication with the owner. They use a company to communicate with renters but the actual owner can respond as well. The problem is that it comes across labeled as the same person in the app. Doesn't sound like an issue until you realize that one can't see what the other has said. We were told initially that we could have a later checkout but then after booking the "owner" communicated that they hadn't agreed to that. It was very odd seeing the supposed same person saying two different things. The actual owner quickly fixed the issue and it was much appreciated. I would recommend that future communications be delineated somehow if they are coming from the actual owner or the management team. Overall great experience and we are trying to figure out a time to rent again soon!
