Welcome to Riverfront Pines.
Located at River Court on the Little River in the heart of Stowe. This updated, beautifully appointed townhome has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a loft. Perfect for couples, small families or friends in a very convenient location just steps from the quaint town of Stowe.
Walk to great restaurants, shops and the Stowe Rec. Path.
The Village Market is located just across the parking lot should you need anything. It is only a short walk to catch the free Stowe Shuttle to take you to and from the Stowe Mountain Ski Resort. The Ski Resort offers many fun activities in the summer months as well.

After a day of sightseeing, hiking, biking, skiing or snowmobiling enjoy a roaring fireplace with the flick of a switch and relax on our new dual recliner sofa and recliner loveseat.
Featuring 2 private decks that overlook the Little River and a wall of pine trees as a backdrop. Enjoy the quiet, serene surroundings with a good book or beverage. In the summer, enjoy a nearby swimming hole.

Free Wi-Fi is provided along with 3 flat screen TV’s equipped with amazon fire sticks for streaming Stowe Cable or any of your favorite services.
The main floor has a full spacious kitchen completely stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, glasses etc., a dining area, bathroom and large living room with a gas fireplace. The spacious loft is set up as a home office with a desk and color printer should you need to work remotely. It can also be a third sleeping area with a futon that sleeps two. The loft and main floor are air conditioned as well as the lower level.
The lower level has two queen bedrooms. The main bedroom offers sliding doors to one of the two decks. Drift off to sleep with the sound of the gently rippling waters of the river. Each bedroom has its own mini split air conditioner. Each bedroom also has its own TV and private bathroom. Each bathroom has heated towel racks and shower heads with a hand held sprayer also. The primary bedroom bath has a jetted tub. The lower level also has a separate laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Quality linens and towels are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other little extras.

Convenient and clean

This was the perfect place for the weekend of our child’s UVM graduation. Conveniently located with a market next door and clean and welcoming place to rest after long days of activity. I’d love to stay again and use as a base to spend more time hiking and exploring.

Location, Location, location

Perfect location, walking distance to full service market and downtown Stowe village with several excellent restaurant choices, but without the bustle - this unit has 2 large balconies in the back facing a tranquil river and a wooded area. When you're inside the spacious, spotless, comfortable condo, you forget how close you are to everything. Great hosts too!

home away from home

stowe is a yearly trip for us and riverfront pines is our favorite place to stay! location couldn't be better. our hosts Chaz and Jeanette are always accessible and helpful, we love being in the heart of stowe! we have even stayed on the mountain before but we prefer it here. always clean, love being on the river, love being able to walk to everything downtown..this place is a no brainer and we look forward to our next visit!

Amazing place in Stowe!

I don’t think we have anything negative to say about this property. The check-in process was smooth. We had wonderful communication from the owners. The place is exactly as advertised. Walking distance to town and very close drive up to the mountain. Parking provided. The sofas are so comfortable. Big screen TV works excellently. Kitchen was well stocked except we couldn’t find an ice cream scoop? But other than that, it was an absolutely perfect vacation. Loved the sound of the stream running right outside the back window!

Wonderful stay in this comfy, well maintained condo!

We have stayed in many rentals and this tops our list! Location can’t be beat - right in town, next to the market, and a stone’s throw from shops and restaurants. The condo is extremely clean and tidy, well-stocked, and furnished comfortably and attractively. We would love to return!

Wonderful and Clean!

I stayed in the townhouse this past weekend with my three friends for a ski weekend. The townhouse was exactly as described and very clean. Jeanette and Chas were fantastic hosts and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory. We already re-booked another weekend next winter! Highly recommend.

Winter getaway

Overall, we loved the condo and it’s location to everything we wanted to do! The view of the river outside the master bedroom and the living room added to our enjoyment. The stone and gas fireplace added lovely ambiance to our evenings. The historic downtown was minutes away by walking and Stowe Ski Resort was a fifteen minute drive. The loft was not quite ideal for our 20 year old grandson. He stated he would prefer a closed room/door due to voices below traveling up to him. Having the master bedroom and the second bedroom below the living area added a spacious feel to the unit. The second bedroom has limited space for clothing although there are cub -boards in the hallway that could be used. What appears as a closet is actually the location of the heating and water system. As we know these systems are not always quiet. The wooden open steps that lead to each level are beautiful but they added to the travel of sound. We still rate the condo as a 5 star experience!

NYE Ski Weekend

I stayed here with a few friends on NYE and it was amazing! The location is awesome. There is a grocery store right next door and a short walk to downtown restaurants and bars. There is a free shuttle to Stowe mountain which was so convenient. Chas and Jeanette were extremely responsive and even accommodated an extra parking space for us. Would highly recommend!!

Clean, Convenient Stowe Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and as described. Check in was convenient, and location was ideal for getting groceries, walking to town, and catching the shuttle up to the resort. It was very well stocked and thoughtfully decorated for the holidays as well!

Great location, Cute town

We had an awesome time visiting Stowe. The condo was a perfect fit for our family of four. I love that it was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and kiddo activities. (Sledding hill) We had a little hiccup with parking but the manager and owner were able to sort it in a timely fashion. The beds were comfy and warm, and the gas fire place kicked out some heat! Was a great trip for us.

Thanksgiving week stay

We had a lovely time staying here for Thanksgiving week. It is a perfect location to walk into Stowe Village and worked out great for our home base to travel to Montpelier and Cabot. Plenty of room for three of us. I would recommend the property for a stay in Stowe.

Stowe Riverfront Town Home

This accomodation was perfect. It was right in the heart of the shops of downtown and a grocery store next door. It was clean, well appointed, and had all the creature comforts of a home away from home. We were so pleased. Just take food and beverage and be ready to enjoy a very relaxing time.

Wonderful getaway

What an amazing place! Location is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The unit was just as described; clean, comfortable and not lacking for any amenities. The decks overlooking the river are perfect for a peaceful retreat. Such a fabulous time.

Great Place - Great location

This was a great condo within walking distance to town and all it had to offer. Plenty of amenities, especially if you like to cook while on vacation. Would return for another visit in the future.

Summer in Stowe

Riverfront Pines is perfectly situated to Main St/Stowe Village. The condo has a good deal of space and the bedrooms are spaced apart nicely. Really enjoyed being able to quickly walk to Main St/Rec Path/Sunset Rock Trail. Multiple decks allow you to watch/listen to the Little River flow by, it is quite relaxing! Riverfront Pines is a great home base to explore all that the Stowe/Waterbury area has to offer. Easy access to many great places to eat. Highly recommend both The Bench/Doc Ponds for dinner. Many Hill Farmstead taps and the pub food is top notch! Highly recommend Riverfront Pines to anyone considering a stay in Stowe, whatever season it may be! Cheers!

Exceeded expectations

Excellent rental. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, swimming hole, waterfall, trails, and right next to a little grocery store. Clean, great communication and the riverfront back deck was a great place to hang out.

Summer Vacation 2023

We enjoyed staying at Chas and Jeanette’s Condo. They are great hosts and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. Great location in Stowe village, convenient to the surrounding areas and activities, and cozy and comfortable. We had everything that we needed for a week long stay. Averitt Family.

Perfect Stay

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful condo and wish we could have stayed longer. It is perfectly located within walking distance of downtown Stowe and has all the comforts of home. Very clean, beautifully decorated and Chas and Jeanette were great hosts. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Stowe.

Spring Break in Stowe

Wonderful home in perfect location

We loved this condo. It was located in the perfect part of Stowe. It has a wonderful view of trees and the river . It was like a little hidden gem in the heart of everything. We will definitely stay again.

location, location, location

great property, it was immaculate ..very important to us...satyed at spruce peak last year and I would pick this condo everyday and twice on sunday..great location next to all our favorite restaurants.. very attentive owners kept us informed all along the way.. definitely will be returning next year!
