Welcome to our two bedroom, two bathroom condo which is conveniently located just off the Mountain Road. As owners of the condo we have made it a priority to make sure our unit is always professionally cleaned and has all the comforts of home. This is a non smoking, pet free condo.

The condo building only has 12 units; it is located on 4 acres of open lawn with large conifers. Step outside to see the mountain views; the scenery is tranquil and comforting. Located only 200 feet from the front door is the 6 mile Stowe recreational/bike path. You can bike or walk into town to buy a cup of freshly brewed coffee in a cafe on Main Street where you can just sit back and enjoy the beauty of this quintessential Vermont village.

We are only 4 miles from The Stowe Mountain Resort for skiing, snowboarding or hiking on Mt. Mansfield or Spruce Peak. You can drive or walk to the nearby 'Swimming Hole' Health Club if you want to swim in a heated pool or use their fully equipped exercise room. In the summer you are welcome to use our outdoor pool. Restaurant options abound and the Stowe Cinema is just one mile down the road. It’s all about location, location, location!

Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. One bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub, great for post skiing soaking, and the other has a glass enclosed shower. The kitchen has been totally remodeled and all new appliances. There's a 55" LG HD TV and DVD in the spacious living room.

The bedrooms have queen size beds and high quality linens. Relax and enjoy our condo as a base for your vacation in beautiful Vermont.

Cozy and clean condo in the heart of Stowe

We had another great stay at Nancy’s condo. Similar to our last stay (in the unit next door), this unit was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Perfect location to quickly jump of the access road to head out for skiing and to nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Ski Weekend

This was our second stay at this condo in Stowe and love it each time. Nancy always communicates quickly and is wonderful to work with. Proximity to Stowe Mountain Resort and local restaurants makes this a lovely stay. Property is very clean, with comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen is a perfect size for making small meals for breakfast and lunch. When we return to Stowe we will be sure to book this condo again!

Winter ski trip

Great condo set back off Mountain Rd behind Stowe Cider and American Flatbread. Free Mtn Rd shuttle stops nearby. Condo is well decorated and clean, with all kitchen amenities needed for cooking in when desired. 4 stars only because the condo building is older and you hear the occupants upstairs walking around. Not a big deal as long as everyone adheres to the 10 PM quiet hours, but might be issue if you or young kids are light sleepers. Also would recommend adding a floor lamp or some sort of lighting in the TV side of living room as was bit dark there. Otherwise great place and would def book again

Great location!

Another fantastic trip to Stowe! The condo is in a great location right along the Stowe Recreation path that we walked a couple times this visit. Love the proximity to Stowe cider and several restaurants, plus the easy access to the mountain road to the slopes!

Perfect condo for our family of 3 for a ski weekend!

Our family LOVED this condo and it was the perfect size and layout for us. Everything was spotless and clean upon arrival, and the hosts provided all the thoughtful amenities. Condo location is about a 6-8 minute walk to the Apple Tree/Uphill Mountain Road Shuttle stop (free bus that comes every 20ish minutes and stops at Spruce Peak and Mansfield lodges!) Will definitely try to stay here again for future trips to Stowe!

Awesome location and value

We've been coming to Stowe to ski the past few seasons and Nancy's place is always our go-to. The condo complex is extremely quiet and the unit itself is perfect for a couples get away. Nancy provides everything you'll need, even if you forget toiletries from home. The central location is amazing for night life and only a 15 minute drive to the resort. Would 100% recommend to anyone and we'll certainly be booking a stay for next season

Stayed at this condo 4 nights. Usually prefer ski in/ski out, but decided to stay in town and so glad we did. Close to all the restaurants and breweries. We loved The bench restaurant, get the Cubano pizza - delicious! This condo is wonderful. Love the 2 bedroom and 2 baths, great for 2 couples. Had all the comforts of home, even loved the shampoo/conditioner/ body soap dispenser in the shower. Very clean. Loved both the Keurig with pods available and a regular coffee pot. Had snow while we were there and they had it quickly removed from the sidewalks and parking lot. Had a great time skiing at Stowe and even went snowshoeing at the Von Trapp resort for the first time. Would love to come back in the winter, bet it is amazing in the summer. Thank you for your hospitality!

First ski trip

This place was absolutely wonderful! Possibly the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The condo is fully stocked and more than accommodating. We were excited to see all the snow even with two storms while there. It was so easy to get in and out with the drive being plowed at three times per day. Spectacular visit to Stowe!

We stayed in Stowe over the Christmas holidays to go skiing and we had an absolutely wonderful time! This property is delightful, and we loved it. It was decorated so nicely for the season, and was such a cozy place to return to after each day of skiing. It is very, very clean, and the hostess takes extra care at ensuring that the place is welcoming, clean, cozy, and meets all of your needs. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and has all the necessary staples. At the entrance are several hooks on the wall, and we kept remarking at how practical and helpful these were when you're coming inside with all of your ski gear. We really loved staying there and we hope to stay there any time we return to Stowe. The location is ideal, as it is only about 10-15 minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort for skiing, and then there is a great path from the condo that is a nice mile walk into town. Or a quick drive into town. So you can enjoy both the mountain, and the town of Stowe. The hostess is incredibly responsive, helpful, and nice, and if you have any needs at all, she is sure to help. I would highly recommend this property and out of the many VRBO's where I have stayed, this is one of the best. 5 stars from us, and thank you to the hostess for making it a spectacular visit!

A VERY Special Thanksgiving Treat

The property was everything described, plus more. The kitchen had every kind of utensil and device we could hope for. Nancy even provided Keurig coffee packets+ tea. An extremely welcoming ambience. All appliances worked perfectly. The location was perfect! Near restaurants, downtown Stowe and a short drive to slopes. The condo was comfortable for four people. Location was terrific! Stowe Gem

Perfect location just north of downtown. Located away from traffic noise and only 100 yards from recreation path. Interior was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable adorned with excellent linens. Bathroom towels were plush. We enjoyed a direct entry without needing to go upstairs. It was wonderful to be able to go outside on the patio to enjoy our morning coffee and view the leaves. Washer/dryer came in handy as we had been touring Vermont for 10 days prior to our stay and needed to wash clothes. Plenty of room and will be staying here again on our next visit.

Northeast Adventure

On a 25 day road adventure from Missouri. The location was perfect for getting around Stowe and getting to all the great hiking trails. It was great as we were away from the traffic of downtown. Perfect accommodations!

Marvelous, Quiet and Convenient to Everything!

We have rented quite a few places over the past 23 years, and this one definitely ranks in the top 5. It was in a great location to everything around the Stowe area, was super clean and everything one might need was available in the unit being very well placed and organized. It is also located right off the Stowe Recreation Path which is a huge plus, and is close to some very good restaurants…we really enjoyed Stowe Bee Bakery, American Flatbread and Idletyme Brewery. Thank you for providing such a marvelous place to stay while visiting beautiful Stowe.

We starting coming to Stowe almost 30 years ago. Fell in love with the area and were married in Stowe. We love coming to Stowe in all seasons You will enjoy a comfortable stay at our condo. We love this location as it has great proximitiy to everything Stowe has to offer. The recreational path which we enjoy in all seasons is just steps outside the condo. There a a pool at the complex to enjoy in the summer months. The Little River that runs just behind the condo unit where we enjoy sitting and reading or just watching for wildlife.
We have 2 girls who are both married and we have two lovely grandchildren. We all love coming to Stowe for skiing, biking, hiking, car shows and exploring the town.
