Sweet Spot

What an adorable space! Clean and comfortable and well appointed. We had almost everything we needed for the short stay we were there. And so close to campus. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very clean.

We loved our stay. It was very clean. It was nice having 2 bedrooms, a living room and a little kitchen. Also close to a few nice restaurants.

Comfortable and convenient

Great place to stay! It was clean and comfortable. The unit was well-stocked, uncluttered, and organized. It has an unbeatable location- close to campus and restaurants. The host was helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again on future visits to UO.

Great location!

Close to the University and within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shop, small market and the best ice cream at Prince Pucklers! House is as advertised, beds are comfortable, we didn't cook, but kitchen seemed well stocked. Check-in and parking permit instructions were easy. Would stay again!

U of O tour

Great location for a U of O visit! Nice neighborhood for walking with several good food options close by. Comfortable, clean and well provisioned property as advertised! Would absolutely rebook on a future visit.

It was wonderful nice little place for two. Couches a little uncomfortable and creaky but all in all it’s a lovely place to stay. Close to everything enjoyed out hike at the park very much. Beautiful safe neighborhood.

Perfect place for events at Hayward Field

Super clean, easy checkin, comfy beds, fans in every room with multi functions like cool, white noise, etc. within walking distance to a beautiful hike up the mountain or down to a few cute eateries. Perfect location for events at Hayward field. Will book next year (if available!)

Great Place in a Great Location

Our family (there were three of us) went to visit our daughter at UO. This rental was exactly what we were looking for and the location is a big bonus. Not only being near the campus but be very close to several really good restaurants. We especially enjoyed getting up each morning and making the short walk for great coffee and pastries!

Close to Mathew Knight Arena

My child had a volleyball camp at Matthew Knight and this was very close and convenient. Great neighborhood and had everything we needed.

Great location for a trip to U of O!

The place was super clean and wonderfully located! The beds and linens are terrific. The place is quite tight and things like the appliances, heater and bathroom are somewhat dated, but if you aren’t terribly picky you will enjoy your stay. Eat at the Italian place close by. It is amazing!

Great location, lovely place to stay

Property was as-advertised. It was well-kept, clean and in a fantastic location to the heart of the University of Oregon. We walked to Basketball Games and even Autzen Stadium. The beds were also really comfortable. Will definitely look this place up when we're in town again!

Great property in a great location!

The property was just PERFECT! Comfy beds. Great living room and kitchen with everything you could need. The property was clean and smelled nice -- I felt very comfortable here. The check in/check out information and parking instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Parking was no problem at all - lots of room available on the street. Very pleased - would stay here again!

Blocks from U of O

Cute little duplex in a nice neighborhood. Easy walk to food, ice cream and U of O. Perfect for parents bringing their student for Duck Days, Orientation, or just visiting their student. The owner was easy to communicate with. Has everything you need for a nice weekend getaway! Will return in summer!

Graduation stay

Walkable to campus, great to be able to cook, basic amenities like making your own coffee, tight accommodations for luggage/storage for week long trip. Not adequately stocked with TP and should have additional linens and towels based on length of stay. Parking should have been no problem, but even after obtaining permit park citation was still given (ultimately paid for by host). Overall good experience.

Cute Little Duplex by U of O

We were very happy with our stay at this cute little duplex that is just a couple of blocks from University of Oregon. The kitchen is small, but works great. There is no dining area or table. Just some small pull-up tables that work really well. It was nice to be able to stream our favorite tv shows and movies on the smart tv. Both bedrooms have queen beds that are very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the heating is two small wall heaters. When we got there the heat was off and the place was very cold. It took several hours to get the area warm. But once it gets warm it is easy to keep it that way. Would recommend this for a couple or a small family.

Oregon Softball Weekend

We were in town for the Jane Sanders Classic, a softball tournament hosted by the University of Oregon. This home was a quick 10-minute walk to The Jane (the softball stadium). It was the perfect spot for our softball-filled weekend. Parking was available on the street in front of the house, which was great. And, the location is so close to some of Eugene's gems on 19th Avenue, including Beppe and Gianni's, Prince Puckler's Ice Cream, Hello Neighbor pizza and more.

Would stay here again

Host was responsive and had great communication. He was flexiable and let us have a late check out. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location.
