Well behaved pets accepted. No hot tub. This spacious two bedroom, two bath home was built in 2009 and has all the modern conveniences. Unlike many homes in Eugene, this home IS AIR-CONDITIONED! Large great room has gas fireplace, 65" flat screen, sky lights and sliding door to deck. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances and everything you need to feel at home. Sit on the deck and watch ducks occasionally land in the pond right outside your door. There is convenient ADA access throughout for guests with disabilities and the home is all on one level. Plenty of room for extended family or two couples, each having their own room with queen beds. Two others can find a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious great room.
