Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful condo with great location

The location was wonderful very accessible to the beach. The pools were also terrific and well-maintained. our only complaint was that they did not supply ample toiletries as stated in their description.

Extended Weekend at FWB

We didn't get in our car once while we were staying, the property and this unit were all wonderful. great ocean view from the large balcony, Steps to the pools and beach, walked to dinner every evening. Beds were comfortable, TV in every bedroom, good wifi. Surf was high and swimming on the beach wasn't permitted or first couple of days, but that settled down later in the week. It was quite hot outside the whole time, but the A/C in the unit kept the living and bedrooms very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We plan to be back!

Nice, but lacking in customer service

Don’t plan on any give with early check in or late check out. Even when it is pouring down rain and the room is ready, you will not be let in a minute early. Make sure to bring plenty of laundry detergent and toilet paper because once you use the first roll or pod, there will be no more provided. When you text Customerservice, you will get an AI response and not an actual person. We were hoping the condo would have some salt and pepper, card games, board games, or toys to play with at the beach, but it is pretty bare bones Making it challenging when you get here by plane. The room was immaculately clean and had very easy access to the beach and pool. The balcony with a partial view of the beach was beautiful. Overall, a nice place with disappointing customer service.

Azure

Luxury feel with beach views. Love the ease of the beach access and the functionality of the condo. For a family of six there was enough room for everyone it had everything we needed. We have stayed at five different Vacasa properties and I will return to Azure or Sea Oats everytime. Azure is the more luxury feeling expecially with the amazing patio furniture and Sea Oats is you more common condo feeling with traditional patio feels. Both wonderful choices that are very clean and managed well!

Nice place

The condo was nice. It was clean and comfy. I was able to text the front desk for all our needs which was very convenient. The WiFi didn’t work, but we were able to connect to another room.

Beautiful condo.

We loved this condo. Even though the view was from the side, the patio is bigger than the beach front condos and you have a great view of the ocean. Don't pay more for beach front when this beach view is just as nice.
